The property is located very close to Amsterdam Centraal train station. No need to take a cab to the apartment! It is a very modern interior, there was a modern kitchenette along with washer/dryer. (We like to pack light so we can do laundry). It was located in a quiet location but still not too far from many Amsterdam attractions. The ferry to Amsterdam nord was just across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful, directing us to Amsterdam attractions and which ferry to take etc.

If one is looking for a “picturesque” location, this is probably not it. Our apartment had a view looking across to Amsterdam nord, other apartments may have had view of the city, I’m not sure. However, I would much prefer to be located near the train station which this property is, and because it was located away from walllen district was very quiet at night. Once again, I prefer that to being “in the middle of things”. The city is still very accessible from here via walking and even more via bicycle. It is possible the property has bikes for rental, but I did not see any.

Warm and helpful staff. Great location. About 1/2 mile from Central station. From there you can go anywhere. Walking distance to grocery store. The apartment, 3 bedroom/2bathroom was outstanding. Traveling with our two 20 year old boys and it was nice that they could each have their own room. Bathrooms were very large. The size of the rooms were very nice. Floor to ceiling windows (maybe 30 feet high) gave great views of the harbor/river from the living area and two of the bedrooms. The kitchen had everything you needed. The washing/dryer machine was a nice tough.

The rooms (bathroom and bedrooms) could have used more storage. There is plenty of space but very little shelving. Was surprised that there was no microwave. Had refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, stove and washing/dryer machine but no microwave.

Great location. Spacious and very well equipped. Washing machine a big plus when you have been travelling for a while. (Washing powder provided). Able to get clean towels anytime. Amy the receptionist is lovely, so very helpful and ready to do anything to help out. Something that was very unique to this hotel, the odour in the lobby and lift, very beautiful and fresh.( their own signature fragrance, unfortunately not for sale yet).Amazingly beautiful.

We had an amazing stay from start to finish. My 3rd time staying at the apartment but 1st time in the penthouse. The staff were outstanding from check in to check out, informative, sincere and a great sense of humour. The apartment was everything you need in Amsterdam and the balcony/terrace has some of the best views you can get and is the perfect space to relax after a busy day in the coffeeshops. Thank you to all the staff we met for a truly memorable trip, we're already planning our return.

Absolutely love this place!! Second time staying for a short break in the penthouse suite and wouldn't stay anywhere else the staff are great and it's really clean. The view from this apartment is outstanding and being so close to central Amsterdam and central station makes is even better.

Not having the complimentary teas, coffees and sugars topped up while we were staying. Having to ask for extra towels and duvet for the plus 1 I added to the booking. No outside heating/ outdoor heat lamp or even throws to cover up, to keep warm for when sitting out on large penthouse balcony in the evening when it's cold taking in the gorgeous scenery.

The penthouse was beautiful. And the views were amazing. Shower was great.Would definitely recommend and would stay again

We had a very early flight in from cork. And we couldn't get into our room till 1. Which was before check in time. Would definitely try and book the night before. Just to have comfort.. The bed it was so HARD. So uncomfortable. And the curtain we're very hard to pull across. Needs the election button to be working. Needs a little bit more luxury for a penthouse. A few little extras like shower caps nice shower and soap. And soft towels would be amazing. Didn't like just a simple bar of soap in the bathroom . And some sort of mat coming in from the balcony. It's very slippy when walking back in if the balcony is wet. But overall we both loved the apartment. And had a lovely stay.

Location is good and is close to Centraal. So very easy to access to trams and trains. Most of the tour meeting points are at the Centraal. Clean apartment.

A little expensive for the size of the apartment. No air-conditioning in the rooms and only in the living area. Bedrooms can get rather stuffy once bedrooms doors are close. Take a long-time to do washing as the machine is a 2 in1 washing/dryer. So if you have load of clothes to wash, it can take rather a long night. Also it only has 1 bathroom for a 2 bedrooms apartment. Would be good if it has 2 bathrooms as it was advertised for 4-6 people accommodations.

Location was nice. Didn't realize how close the district was from the suites. A lot of food places and things to do close by. Even though our room wasn't ready, they offered a place to store our luggage. When it was time to check in, they were kind enough to have our luggage ready in our room.

Bathroom is small for 3 people.

We got the top floor apartment with balcony and we really liked it there. The bed was large and very comfy, and you couldn't hear any noise from the street (although you do feel the trains!). It has everything you might need (including washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle...) and the location couldn't be better.

We didn't get the hang of the oven, but it wasn't a big deal. If you go in summer, remember not to keep the lights on while the windows are open if you don't want to feed the mosquitos ;)

Fully equipped to prepare meals and even laundry. Overlooking the beautiful  IJ Waterfront and north Amsterdam. Located close to the central station and the city centre. Also nearby there is a large Albert Hein supermarket. Friendly staff and good service Nice design of the apartment

The price was on the high end of the range and it wasn't even the peak season. However, it was worth it.
