Aircon is the best I have ever used. The bed was very comfortable. Rooms are cosy and light. Very quiet.

Shower floor became very slippy even with a bathmat as the shower is open.

Perfect location, we like walking Comfortable bed, quiet , liked entrance reception, staff pleasant and friendly, room close by and a lift close by to take us up to 2nd floor

poor shower facilities- steamed room due to clogged extractor fan. Not a lot of space around the bed particularly at the patio door area, had to wedge door open with shoe to air room and view from window was back of other hotels , but it was sunny . Breakfast room not quite as seen in the website so dissatisfied but did not have to eat there which we chose and was optional Maybe next time the view from our window will be better

Staff are really welcoming & polite ! Room was impressively clean, nice comfortable place to be & sleep ! Location is exceptional, but the staff/cleaners are the ones that make the property amazing :)

For the price of the room I was a little let down by the facilities in the room. No mini fridge, no little table or chairs to sit and have food/snacks so we had to eat on the bed (there was a desk & 1 chair, but that was more for make-up etc.) walls are quite thin, this cannot be helped obviously but can hear people snoring in the next room & upstairs. These cannot be helped unfortunately, for the price was just the little bits that we picked up on. but 10/10 would stay again 100% !

That we were able to buy breakfast; the website still says that it is unavailable and I wasn't sure following a recent guest review. Location is great; near the station and convenient for exploring the central district / museums / canals / Vondelpark within a reasonable distance

Breakfast was random. Depending on timing there were rolls or not, hot food or not. Breakfast room is small but coped with the numbers wanting to use it while we were there. A lot of work for one lady who really was doing her best to keep up and keep everyone happy - no blame attached to her. Having said all that, breakfast was adequate and there was always something to eat even if you weren't prepared to wait for other items to be topped up; I'm sure that the lady serving would have provided more had we asked for it. The room was comfortable but the pillows provided are very deep and won't suit everyone. Our towels were removed one morning and not replaced so I had to fetch some more, and the tea/coffee/creamer weren't adequately replaced

early luggage check in, our plane arrived earlier than 3pm. The staff was fantastic and informative! the beds were perfect for 3 guest. We got the triple room. The room served its purpose as we are not picky people! we opened the window because at first was wasn’t sure how to work the A/C. We got hot! Maybe my hot flashes. Later we figured it out and was comfortable.

nothing wrong with the hotel! the second night we had people in the next room or above that was banging and very noisey.

The room was clean, warm and super comfortable. The hotel is located quite near the city centre but in a really nice and calm area where rest is so nice after walking all day in the city. I will definitely come back here for further visits in the future. Super recommended!!!!

The location was right in the heart of Amsterdam. The view from our room was incredible! The room was well equipped and the bathroom was clean. 24 hour front desk is handy.

The man who checked us in was the most miserable person on the planet he looked like he just did not want to be there. The price we paid on check in was not the same price as what we secured our booking for they charged more! The bathroom always had a slight smell of sewage to it. The room needed a bit of a dusting. The room is not accessible to people with disabilities, the stairs are hard to climb. There is hardly any insulation in the rooms you can hear everything going on outside quite clearly and there is also a bar next door with rowdy people till the early hours. The beds are rock hard!

good position, 8-10 minutes from the train station, other parts of the town are easy to reach within 15-30-30-40 minutes, depends where you have to go, all Witt nice walking trough the beauty of the town. clean environment, room was clean, comfortable bed with clean linens, bathroom was clean and perfectly working. clean towels available every day, in the room kattle and dry hair are available. i have been there with my family and son, hotel gave us cot.

very easy hear people walk and talk in the corridor or on stairs, my room was with windows looking on the corridor area, would have been nice to have it on open space.

Perfectly located hotel. only a couple of minutes walk from Central Station. Easy walking distance into the heart of Amsterdam with loads of bars and cafés close by. Rooms are well furbished and the shower was also very good.

Bed could have been comfier, we both seemed to roll into the middle of the double bed which suggested it was broken in some way.
