Lovely little hotel located on the quiet street next to the canal and park. 5min away from train station. Walking distance to city centre, restaurants and shops. 30min to Maritime Museum and river banks. We had a top floor room with a private bathroom and balcony. The room was very clean and quiet with comfortable beds. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We absolutely enjoyed the stay.

There is nothing we didn't like. One caviat tho, the stairs can be a challenge for some. Every day of our stay was a leg day, but we didn't mind that at all 😆

Hotel is not luxurious but with low price it has everything you need - comfortable beds, clean bathroom and great localization (near beautiful park). Staff was very helpful and friendly. Around hotel there are shops, restaurants and train station so it's very easy to visit other cities.

Will be nice to have shampoo and shower gel in the shower (there was only soap next to the bathroom sink).

The owner/ staff was really nice, and friendly. He helped us to check in after the reception was closed, as they didn't have 24 hr reception. The room was really clean, comfortable and had hot cattle, coffee and tea. The hotel is very close to the Central Station, where you have a metro/tram/bus to go around the City or you can even walk towards the city centre. Overall it was a good experience and I will Highly recommend this place in Rotterdam.

It was a lovely place to stay! The location was fantastic - just outside all the hustle and bustle of the main city but only a few minutes walk from the train station. The room was clean and comfy - exactly what I needed. There were tea/coffee making facilities in the room, too.

Just a note - the stairs to the rooms are tiny and steep. Absolutely fine for most people but just noting for those who are elderly of have mobility issues or a huge suitcase!

The room had an amazing few to the canal, so we could enjoy the typical landscape. The staff was super friendly and it was very tidy. We were more than happy to have found this amazing place for this price! Only the stairs - which is typical for the Netherlands are a narrow, but you get used to it. Its very close to the main station and around that there are cute bars, like the Biergarten to visit an have drink outside.

3 min walk to central station; clean , quiet, overlooking a canal/lake; helpfull staff (owner who allowed us to leave luggage late); correct value for price; small table and chair in family room( helpfull for a late snack when arriving late) . Really good if your aim is the overnight stay just outside the station

steep staircase (we knew before, but stairs remain steep), so quite difficult with heavy luggage (no lift, we also knew)

It is very close to the rotterdam central station, there is supermarket and donner around with halal food. The staff and Ed was very helpful and he helped us to check in smoothly and even when we arrived early before 2 pm. The room is comfy and clean

Just the stairs are too narrow if you have bug bags like us as a family

The location is super convenient, close to Rotterdam's central station, in a green, pretty, and very quiet neighborhood. The room was big enough for our group of three friends, and we all had enough space for our things and we were very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed for three nights. Lastly, the host was very welcoming and friendly.

Just one thing: noise. Not noise from the street, as our room was facing a lovely, quiet inner courtyard, but noise from other guests coming and going. Maybe we were also unlucky and just got overly noisy neighbours, but it was as if every step or door closing was happening next to our heads. Could also just be thin walls and then there's not much to do.

The staff was very friendly, always available when I needed something and helpful with extra requests. All interactions were relaxed but quickly done. I arrived earlier than anticipated and could immediately check in. The room was as advertised.

In the mornings it got quite warm in my single-bed room, but not so much that I needed to use the available fan.

Balcony is relaxing. This was the first time for me to book such room with sharing toilet and bathroom. I think it was interesting experience for me, though it did be unconvenient. :-) But nice and comfortable bed.

Noisy, because it seems that the materials, that are used to separate guest rooms and toilet, are some kinds thin board. I was waken up in the midnight by so loud noise. But luckily it wasn't last long. I think it was other customer who was late back? No luggage keep service on Sunday.
