There was everything you might need and more in the room. There was a wide range of continental breakfast items, good information about the local restaurants/cafes etc, modern décor and everything was very clean. There is a beautiful little garden view and stacker doors. We were there for 3 nights, and it was great to be provided with fresh towels mid stay. The hosts were lovely, available if needed (as they live on site) and they were more than happy to assist if we had any questions or needed anything. We had no issue getting a park right outside each time we went out in the car and could walk to Parnell Road too.

I have a spinal injury and found the bed to be very firm but this may not be an issue for other people. Some of the information on Booking.com indicated you would need to make prior arrangements for things such as linen or parking, but actually this wasn't necessary i.e. linen is provided at no extra cost and parking is available on the street without prior arrangement.

Parnell Garden Suite is the perfect place to stay in Auckland. The main room is very spacious and comfortable, with many thoughtful touches for the traveler. The whole place is very modern, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The suite is entirely private, with both indoor and outdoor seating areas. The bathroom is also roomy and modern. The garden area is beautiful and easy to view from the inside. The suite also has a kitchenette that includes a generous selection of breakfast food and snacks. This was especially convenient for us as we had a flight to catch and it was nice to have some breakfast before taking our taxi to the airport. Located in a lovely residential area of Auckland, it was an easy walk (or bus/taxi ride) to the city center. Just nearby is lovely Judges Bay Park and rose gardens and a public Olympic-sized outdoor swimming pool. Parnell has a great selection of good restaurants all within easy walking distance. Susan is a friendly and accommodating host, and made us feel very welcome and taken care of. I can't recommend this place highly enough. We wish we could have stayed longer.

This studio was perfect for our stay in Auckland. We really liked all of the thoughtful touches throughout, including the many charging ports, well stocked fridge and wardrobe, clean space, and comfy bed. Wi-Fi worked very well, Susan was very responsive and helpful with organising parking for us, and the air-conditioning was much appreciated during the hot and humid days we were there.

We loved that everything we needed for our 4 night stay was provided for us. Even some vegan provisions for breakfast. Much appreciated. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was great for us to explore Aukland without being stuck in the hustle and bustle of the city. A bus stop was not far away.

Located very close to CBD and public transport, it was very convenient to travel around Auckland. Nice cafes just around the corner from the house. House was very clean and amenities very well thought out. Plenty of options provided for breakfast including fresh fruit. Susan was very responsive and accomodating of our requests. This is one of the best BnBs we have stayed in NZ.

The breakfast provisions were wonderful. We had everything we needed and more. We also like the heated floor in the bathroom. The accommodation itself was nicely kept & it is located in a very attractive part of the city, across the street from a rose garden.

Great little studio in a very cute part of town. Very well appointed, immaculate, and with every detail considered. Loved the location next to the Botanical Gardens, it's also a short walk away from lots of restaurants and shops on Parnell, and Rosie's, a delicious cafe. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful. Beautiful view of the lush gardens from out the window. Loved our stay here and would definitely return should we be lucky enough to visit Auckland again!

We could not fault the accommodation. It was beautifully presented, very comfortable and well supplied with everything you could possibly need. Susan the host was great with her communication and had thought of everything you may require while staying there. There was a great selection for breakfast and the extra touches of fresh fruit were nice. We would thoroughly recommend the Parnell Garden Suite.
