Tetra Serviced Apartments by Castle

The beds were very comfortable, best we'd slept in in weeks, with lovely cotton bedlinen. It was very much value for money. The 2 receptionists were very helpful, both pleasant and friendly. When we left, we asked them to store our luggage till later in the day and they were very obliging, and helped with our Uber booking as well. Thank you.

The kitchen area was very bijou with hardly any workspace, only 2 burners and a very small fridge on the floor below with hardly any freezer space. Adequate crockery and cutlery. The bedrooms were also bijou with hardly any space between the bottom of the bed and the wall.

Rooms are cozy. Have a tiny kitchen and equipment is sufficient. Having a living room is quite convenient. They offer check in at late night, it is easy to find the staff for assistance. Easy checkout too.

The instructions are a bit not clear for the wifi. The router did not have set up instructions, and it is not located in the living room, instead it is in one of the bedrooms. Do not have parking. Closest one is the Wilson which is very poor in terms of the technology. Otherwise need to park on the street. Said there is a gym, but don’t know which floor and staff did not mention. Also said the towels and accessories will be changed daily but not really.

The lady at the reception on Saturday 6th April was very lovely and understanding. She was well spoken and kind and also explained all rules perfectly. Unfortunately our key had been stolen however she amended the charge and was willing to explain to her manager what had happened on our behalf. I just want to thank this lady sincerely as she has made our experience so much more better. We wish this lady a wonderful week ahead :)

It was very clean The staff was amazing and very welcoming, very clean rooms and comfy beds, overall a great price for your buck .

I didn't like that it was in the city with no private parking which you can't fault the staff or the hotel it does say it in description so should of read more closely but after hours after 8 we found a parking which was super close so it was great but overall loved the experience thank you tetra for welcoming us so openly it was great

Loved how close we were to the central City and we could easily get to food outlets and convenience stores. Would stay again for this reason alone.

Unfortunately our 4 night stay fell over the weekend when there was no room servicing. Would have been nice to have been left with extra towels. The beds were not that comfortable so wouldn't recommend if that could be an issue.

good location, easy to get to from Auckland Uni and city centre

It's on a busy street. We needed to keep the windows open as it was very stuffy in the apartment, which made it very noisy. There was a funny smell and we found a dirty cup with something unidentifiable but disgusting substance in one of the cupboards. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable.

The unit was exactly like what was shown in the website. The bedsheets/linens were super clean. No complaints whatsoever. Most of all, the staff are super helpful. Yu Yu the manager at Tetra was exceptional. Sent us to our apartment when we checked out in her car!!!

Minor things like hairdryer was cold. Shampoo? A small box of tissue perhaps?

They kindly stored our luggage when we arrived early and prepared our room quickly so we could check in early. The old fans weren't working well, so they bought us up 2 new fans. Nothing was a bother, the staff were so nice and friendly and the room had everything we needed. Would highly recommend for a city break away. Great location.
