Staff were very informative, helpful and obliging. The apartment had everything that we required and was spacious, modern and very comfortable. It was excellent value for money and was within walking distance to the city centre, Harley Park and the Botanic Garden etc.

It is situated on a busy road but the rooms were quiet with doors and windows closed necessary at this time of year so this was not an issue for us. However it might be, especially sitting on the balcony, during summer months.

Friendly staff- welcoming and helpful. Room is clean. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Room was serviced each day.

Very minor things like: More coat hangers - only two were supplied. Coffee plunger needs upgrade. Towels starting to fray on edges. Dining chairs are quite saggy. Overnight street noise heard if windows were cracked - we were on 2nd level.

Our unit on the first floor was just great. The lift access was brilliant and the modern peaceful interior ensured an extremely enjoyable stay. The fittings and appliances and toiletries could not be faulted. The staff were extremely helpful.

There was nothing not to like but if there were some operating instruction for the cooktop in the Guest Information folder, we would not have had to disturb the staff to help us.

Bathroom and kitchenette are very modern, the WiFi was very fast and reliable, the lighting was great - there were many options for lighting so it was easy to light the room to fit my wants.

There are two downsides, but they are very minor and almost non-issues. First, the wall behind the bed was a faded pink colour - it didn't really fit the modern vibe of the place, felt like a kids room almost. Secondly, this place doesn't exist on Google Maps! It was a little hard for food delivery people to find.

Our rooms were upgraded and it was absolutely beautiful. Also proximity to the city and Botanical garden.

We arrived just before 11pm due to our flight. Due to some miscommunication we couldn't access our rooms when we arrived which cause some panic on our end. We rang the contact mobile number but it went unanswered. A few minutes later a staff came out of the building and gave us the room keys. He did apologise. Luckily all went well and we enjoyed our stay there.

Large room, clean, the staff serviced it each day which surprised me as they don’t normally do this at motels, glad to have a heat pump kept the room warm

a bit of a walk into the heart of town, not a big deal if you don’t mind walking, but it’s quite cold here so isn’t ideal in winter or bad weather

Staff friendly and helpful. Clean. Bed very comfortable with crisp sheets. Convenient location.

Room smaller than expected. Sofa extremely hard so not very comfortable to watch tv. No tv in bedroom. Tiny bathroom with nowhere to store toiletbag or even toothbrush during stay. No extra blankets if felt cold. Towels a little shabby - frayed around edges. Not enough hangers in wardrobe and nowhere to store case.

Great location close to Hagley Park and there was a nice pub a short walk away. The room was spotless, and cleaned every day too which was a treat. The heat pump was great too as it got quite chilly. Highly recommend, we will be back.

As we were road front the road noise was quite loud, mainly on Saturday night with the boy racers. Nothing some earplugs couldn't fix though 😊

I loved how the room was cleaned to perfection everyday ,the bed was so comfortable and the shower was amazing. The location was perfect even for walking, buses to and from the city closeby. The managers were very approachable friendly and helpful.

The only thing wrong as not having a car I found I needed to make sure I bought food while out as there is no supermarket within close walking distance.

Apartment was furnished with good quality microwave & ceramic cooktop, along with good fittings in bathroom & througout. Walkable distance to dairy & some places to eat out. Also short walk to catch bus to city centre. In attractive tree lined street. Appt vacuumed daily & kept immaculately clean.

We were upgraded to 3rd floor apartment at street level, only downside was traffic noise during peak hours, plus a noise nearby during the wee hours sounding like a pump
