Great location overlooking the harbour , minutes from the ferry port and close to the local restaurants. Clean and comfortable large room with king sized bed with extra sofa bed, small table and chairs, plenty of places to sit down and relax after being in the car all day whilst watching the comings and goings Picton harbour. The Queen Studio had a small kitchen with hob, fridge etc, containing most items you would need for a couple of nights stop over in Picton. Rooms serviced daily . Lovely hosts . Arrived in the evening after reception was closed but note on the reception door clearly explained how to access our room .

The room were generously spacious. We loved the layout, had a little kitchenette as well if someone wanted to cook. The view was amazing which is why we booked it and it exceeded our expectations. We had a toddler and she absolutely loved running around the two rooms we had booked. lots of space for her to play. The lady in the front reception was absolutely lovely.

The only thing that concerned us was the steepness of the driveway having a toddler. We felt it was quite unsafe with fall risk so couldn't really let her be outside without someone constantly being around her which was not really a problem.

Wow. The views from my room were stunning. I woke in the morning, looked out from my balcony and thought I really should be paying more for this. The room was a great size. It had a dining table for 2. A 2 seater couch. A large bed, I’m guessing a Queen. Very good sized bathroom and a galley style kitchen. I have stayed here another 2 times now. It’s just perfect. No restaurant onsite but everything is so close it’s not needed. Probably one of the nicest places I have stayed in for work, anywhere.

I loved everything about this hotel.

Going sized room really warm.great baloney and good view over habour. Super close to town and supermarket. Kitchenette was good, great to have plug in frying pan which acted as a great hot plate and made cooking in a small apace easy.

Car parking on site us super tight. If yiu don't mind easier to park in road. Late checkouts would be appreciated. I'm sure it takes a few hours to clean all the rooms so should be possible. When you're checkout is 10am and cleaners are stacking things outside your door from 9 doesn't make you feel very relaxed. When your trying to enjoy a chilled breakfast on the balcony.

The view from our room was spectacular. We could wee the harbor and the ferry as it sailed in. The motel is close to town so we were able to walk for dinner at a Chinese restaurant and to the car rental near the ferry terminal the next day. Bed was comfortable. Nice place.

The driveway to the reception desk and our room is pebbly and very steep.

The room was clean and tidy as well as being a decent size. It had an excellent outlook over Picton Harbour and was close to restaurants, bars and tourist options. I would stay here again if I returned to Picton. It was good to have the option of being able to cook / make a meal in the room if you wanted to.

The viw was amazing. The motel is a 2 minute walk to the waterfront. The room was large.

The driveway could be considered challenging. But, everything with a good view is built on a hill, and given we could park the car and walk most places, it was manageable….worth the trade off for the location and view.

Everything was near perfect... the facilities 🤩 the view 😍 I would have easily given a 10 out of 10 if not for 1 thing 😔

The wifi was too far to connect from the patio or from our bed 😔 just needs a wifi extender/repeater in the apartment in the middle then that whole front section would easily be able to connect

Nice harbor view, with a small deck area outside. Close to town center. Large room, with one double bed and one twin bed. The heater worked well so the room was pretty warm. Shower water was nice (hot and big).

The room was a little bit dated. Only one hair/face wash and one body/hand wash were provided. Would be nice to have shampoo and conditioner.

The location was excellent, only a very short walk to town and the waterfront and we loved being able to watch the ships coming and going from the deck of the apartment.

We did find the driveway and parking a little awkward but it wouldn't stop us from staying there again.
