Turner Heights Townhouses

Very handy to the town centre and fabulous view from the upper level living room. We loved to watch the lake and snow mountain view from the window and count the Gondolas up and down :) Great kitchen facilities, lovely staff and affordable prices in Queenstown!!! Thanks to the staff who allowed us to park our car in the motel after checking out so that we could enjoy the parasailing with my family.

Everything was good. The only thing was the cryptosporidium outbreak in Queenstown that made it a bit difficult to cook and drink but did not affect our wonderful stay here.

Location convenient to town. Had stunning views of queenstown from main living and master. Master was large and spacious. Very clean and staff fabulous. Decent kitchen and cooking facilities. Had all amenties - washer/dryer particularly useful for ski gear and before returning home. I picked this property as it also had a communal jacuzzi, great for sore muscles apres skiing and long days.

Unfortunately the sofa bed was broken so no 4th bed as promised. They had mattresses under the stairs as replacement. Not ideal for a lady of 40. That said, staff were apologetic and quick to rectify this. Doesnt detract from my overall recommendation that turner townhouses is a great place, especially for families and/ or couples. We'd book it again most definitely.

We stayed in one of the two bedroom apartment/ townhouses. Highly highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful views, walking distance to town and restaurants, modern decor with a lovely homely feel. Enjoyed pre dinner drinks each afternoon while taking in the gorgeous views from the dining area window of apartment number 11. Would definitely stay again. It really did feel like home away from home and the lady behind reception was super lovely and very helpful with her tour and dinning recommendations.

Nothing. It was perfect. Actually some hot chocolate to go with the  complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms would have been lovely 😊

Breathtaking views from the window of the living room. Clean rooms and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Free parking included which was great. Location is great, short walking distance from town centre. Staff was nice and laundry option avaliable.

Directly above the bed there is a skylight window which has no blind so after sunrise it was difficult to sleep. The duvet didn't have duvet cover on which I think it's not very hygienic. Air-conditioning would be a nice addition.

Good facilities. Private parking, balcony with view, nice and neat kitchen. Love the color of the roof. Friendly staff. Really appreciated the late check-in instructions. Very convenient location. Near city centre; shopping, gas station & sightseeing. 20 mins drive to Arrowtown. 45 mins drive to Glenorchy.

We stayed in a two bedroom townhouse with a lovely view of the lake . It was a short walk up a steep hill from the heart of town. It was clean and well set up with the kitchen and laundry. The bonus was a communal hot spa pool which was always available and a perfect relaxation at the end of each day of exploring! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It didn't bother us but for some the steep hill could be an issue.

we went to ski - location was amazing, very short walk to the town centre where you hire ski gear and get on the bus. the steep hill was no issue with 2 kids - 12 and 14 carrying ski gear after a long day of skiing. the spa hot tub was amazing after a long day on the slopes. beds super comfy with electric blankets. amazing property!!!

we loved everything. bathroom is a bit old with shower over bath and the shower tabs a bit tricky to use.

Beautiful views of queenstown !! From both floors! Excellent intersections with Dave and Rebecca . Clean unit with everything we needed , wonderful price

To get those incredible views ,we were on the hill above queenstown. The street to the main area was short but steep- probably 85 degree angle to climb. But we were there to hike so it was tough but fine for us.

Beautiful apartment with balcony overlooking the Lake in Queenstown. Amazing, ever-changing water and mountain and sky views. Your own garage at ground level and apartment with balcony, is above. The rooms, bed, all appliances and fittings good quality. Laundry, wash and dry is free and quite often I left it to wash, and it was dried for me while we were out. Friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. Situated at Gondola end of town so the hang gliders just swung past the balcony in a stunning display.

The road up to the property is VERY steep and is a hard walk if you are somewhat less fit and a bit older than most. We walked it once but took the car all other times. Finding parking in QT is tricky!

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean.

I found the couch abit uncomfortable and the very steep hill into town. We didn’t use the spa pool as they had very steep steps too, It it could be shifted would be great and more In closed, as it was out in the open. A mirror would have been good on the back of my bedroom door as my family had one in there room. Was cold going into the bathroom to use it to put make up on.
