This property had everything we needed, close to the centre of town and all for a reasonable price. Lovely views from the living area. Kitchen was well equipped. Living area felt spacious. Great storage in wardrobes. Bonus to have laundry facilities in the unit and under cover parking by the front door. Bit of a trick to the heating, but once we sorted that out we found the property could be kept to a comfortable temperature in cold weather.

Lots of pillows available but all the same and all too soft. Beds were ok, but not really comfortable. Hot water cylinder not large so ran out of water a few times (we aren’t use to that with gas at home).

The views!! Wake up to snow-capped peaks beconning adventure. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment, which was perfectly appointed with heaters in the bathroom, bedroom, and lounge room. Location is central and walking distance to everything. YES EVERYTHING!! After you fill your bellies and ready to lay down your head, take a moment, breathe in the million dollar views of the city lights below, as you slowly close your blinds and call it a day. The staff are very friendly and helpful, offering shopping bags and umbrellas for those: oops, I forgot my moments. Yes we will be coming back again.

Nothing at all. Now keep in mind ,to get the views, you are on a hill. So, if physically challenged, then a taxi/ uber is just a finger tap away.

Everything is great about Turner Heights. The apartment, views, location, staff. We stayed with our 4YO, and the apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped to cook if we wanted, but so close to restaurants if we didn't. The cost was affordable, and the service and communication were faultless. The apartment was spacious and roomy, clean, and very quiet, which was amazing considering how close we were to the main streets of Queenstown. We have already booked our next stay.

Everything about it was excellent - great location and friendly staff, the facilities were lovely and the location was awesome and very convenient to be able to walk everywhere around the city without struggling to find a park. Was very private and lovely

One thing I would say - it's at the top of a very very steep street - if you have elderly people or young kids I would reccomend finding somewhere else to stay, only because it is a very very tiring hill to walk up and down and would be a struggle for those who aren't at their fittest.

Very handy to the town centre and fabulous view from the upper level living room. We loved to watch the lake and snow mountain view from the window and count the Gondolas up and down :) Great kitchen facilities, lovely staff and affordable prices in Queenstown!!! Thanks to the staff who allowed us to park our car in the motel after checking out so that we could enjoy the parasailing with my family.

Everything was good. The only thing was the cryptosporidium outbreak in Queenstown that made it a bit difficult to cook and drink but did not affect our wonderful stay here.

We loved it here!! Great location easy walk into town however there is an albeit short but very steep return walk back. We needed 2 apartments. Both were very clean & cosy well appointed with spectacular views. Great friendly managers. Easy to deal with!

Anyone with limited mobility would not be able to stay here lots of stairs in the apartments & steep gradients to navigate. Our apartments had bath showers so that would be a challenge as well.

Location convenient to town. Had stunning views of queenstown from main living and master. Master was large and spacious. Very clean and staff fabulous. Decent kitchen and cooking facilities. Had all amenties - washer/dryer particularly useful for ski gear and before returning home. I picked this property as it also had a communal jacuzzi, great for sore muscles apres skiing and long days.

Unfortunately the sofa bed was broken so no 4th bed as promised. They had mattresses under the stairs as replacement. Not ideal for a lady of 40. That said, staff were apologetic and quick to rectify this. Doesnt detract from my overall recommendation that turner townhouses is a great place, especially for families and/ or couples. We'd book it again most definitely.

Breathtaking views from the window of the living room. Clean rooms and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Free parking included which was great. Location is great, short walking distance from town centre. Staff was nice and laundry option avaliable.

Directly above the bed there is a skylight window which has no blind so after sunrise it was difficult to sleep. The duvet didn't have duvet cover on which I think it's not very hygienic. Air-conditioning would be a nice addition.

We stayed in one of the two bedroom apartment/ townhouses. Highly highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful views, walking distance to town and restaurants, modern decor with a lovely homely feel. Enjoyed pre dinner drinks each afternoon while taking in the gorgeous views from the dining area window of apartment number 11. Would definitely stay again. It really did feel like home away from home and the lady behind reception was super lovely and very helpful with her tour and dinning recommendations.

Nothing. It was perfect. Actually some hot chocolate to go with the  complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms would have been lovely 😊

Renovations going on in one of the rooms. Wheelie bins were full of renovations rubbish. Sometimes cleaners/tradesman parked in front of or in garage which made it difficult to get in and out. The hill to apartments very steep. Elderly or disabled would struggle to walk up or down it
