The apartment was very clean. Kitchen has got nearly everything, except the sandwich press. However, the location is exceptional, we liked the place anyway. You can walk to all restaurants, shops, waterline/cruise stops, and to the gondola.

We could not dry our washed clothes as dryer is not in the room and you need to get local coins for the dryer downstairs. There was no disposal bags in the kitchen and no hair conditioner. It would be good for the reception to keep coins for those who need to use the dryer.

Perfect location. Once we arrived, we left our car and walked everywhere. Beautiful view from the apartment.

Only after we left we discovered that the bathroom had floor heating. would love to have had a bit more instructions about the devices. There are notes attached to the bathroom wall stating that the shampoos and shower gels are property of the apartments (which they are, so fair enough). Those sort of notes could also be used to point out that there is floor heating and a heated towel rack (I discovered this one by accident) People passing by our apartment door were clearly audible, sound insulation seemed a bit suboptimal

This is the perfect place to stay in Queenstown. The apartment facilities are first class. with the bedroom separate from the living area it worked out very well and the kitchen was well-equipped. Whistler is also just a short walk into town, so you’re close to the lake and gardens, Fergburger and Patagonia, and anywhere else you could want to be. It’s also very accessible to the airport and Arrowtown if you have a car or want to take the bus.

The roadworks nearby but completely beyond their control and didn’t prevent us getting into the restaurant/shopping precinct.

The apartment was very clean and tidy and met our needs. Parking on site was adequate and it was only a 5 minute walk to town. There was a heater in each room and electric blankets which was perfect as we were there in winter. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and modern.

The noise from the main road was the biggest issue. The windows in the front bedroom didnt seal properly and didnt appear to be double glazed. The other bedroom was away from the noise.

Big and cozy room, a real home away from home, equipped with a full kitchen and good heating system + electric blanket that provide enough warm to keep us cozy in the freezing temperature. There is a balcony that provide a nice snow mountain view, would have sit there for teas if it isn’t too cold and freezing. The washing machine in bathroom was another benefit to wash and give us the clean clothes after spending 4 nights there. The staffs were very friendly and helpful :)

None. It is so great that if we ever to drop by Queenstown again, we will stay here again ;)

The location was the main reason we booked here as it's so convenient, just a 5min walk and without any hills. Nice comfortable apartment with even a washing machine in room which is not often seen! Loved the view of the gondola and paraglides out our window.

I'd note that the shared shampoo/ body washes in the bathroom seem pretty unhygienic as well as no new soap bar. Decided to go buy some of these products as it didn't sit right with me knowing anything could've been added previously! You also hear every noise outside at all hours when people start leaving/arriving.

Very convenient location within walking distance to town centre. The apartments are on a slightly hilly spot with no lift, so if carrying bigger pieces of luggage it would be a bit of a work out to carry them up the stairs. The room has a few heaters so you are guaranteed a warm place on a cold day. The only thing is that it was hard to turn the TV on. Even after we followed the steps on the user manual we still couldn't get it to work. Of course we could ask for help but it was late at night and no one worked at front desk so we didn't bother asking for help. Maybe just facilities getting a bit old. Other than this the apartment is bigger than I've imagined so enough space for a small adult family.

Good sized apartments with balcony over looking the mountains. Easy washing distance to the main village and all its shops & bars etc. whilst still being quiet and peaceful. The apartment has everything you need in the kitchen, oven, hob etc. washing machine, heated floor in bathroom and heated towel rail, ample heating for cold nights through the rest of the apartment. Comfy beds and plenty storage.

Loved everything, although if you mobility issues you may need to choose which apartment you stay in as there are quite a lot of stairs to some of them.

This was a perfectly appointed apartment with all the amenities needed for my work stay. The full kitchen had an oven and cooktop, a full sized fridge/freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher, as well as all the cutlery, crockery and utensils one could possibly need. The bathroom had underfloor heating, a fantastic shower, and a washing machine with laundry powder supplied. A super comfortable bed, heaps of closet and storage space, and a cosy living area, along with a fab wee balcony to relax on made this property pretty special, in my opinion. Nice and quiet and very comfortable overall.

The negotiating of closed roads and roadworks nearby, and also my poor rickety knees weren't so keen on all the stairs I had to navigate each time I entered and exited the property. Neither of these things is a negative reflection on Whistler Apartments though, and the lovely gent at reception did offer his assistance with my luggage, equipment etc. if needed. :-)
