it was a great location and we had a lovely room that included a balcony over looking the racetrack. The reception staff were also very lovely. It is a beautiful establishment. Our room and overall experience with the property made our trip so much better!

we were on the 2nd floor, for about 5 days the 2nd floor & the bar / dining area smelt like rotten milk or vomit. We also could not get any cold water in the taps in our room or the shower. It was also disappointing to learn on arrival that the pool is closed permanently and all spas were out of order / jets didn’t work. Our bathroom was also a little dirty on arrival, lots of long black hairs on the floor and vanity and in the shower. I know those were not our hair as I have blonde hair and my partner does not have long hair.

Plenty of space in our room and good sized bathroom, also a kitchenette. We also loved the balcony. There was a spa bath as well but we didn’t use it. The beds were extremely comfortable. The first two nights we were provided with spa sized towels which we loved using following our showers. We appreciated parking at the rear of the hotel.

I had to ask for a new box of tissues as the box in the bathroom was empty on arrival. 👍 Also on the third day we were not supplied with towels. I only realised that about 10pm, so rang reception and two bath towels were supplied straight away. 👍 These niggles are so small however, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One other thing, we had lunch in the Atrium on Thursday and I found it very draughty. Great food though.

The hotel has a very spacious feel The rooms are HUGE and have a grand feel. The lobby has a very grand and spacious feel The breakfast was nice Bar and restaurant staff were wonderful

The reception staff lack efficiency & competency with the reservations, there was a lot of confusion around availability when making our booking. There was also confusion by the staff when we Checked in about the number of rooms we booked. The Bathrooms are in desperate need of an upgrade.

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with amazingly cozy beds, and overall cleanliness was impressive. The buffet breakfast was also enjoyable. The location is great, making the hotel perfect for families.

he shower requires maintenance due to mold in the joints, which was disappointing. Hopefully, management can address this issue. Additionally, I didn't appreciate the 10 am check-out time and the room card being disabled at 9:40 am. Though the staff assisted us in reopening the room, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

Breakfast was great appreciated the options. Just a suggestion for the pastries and baked goods stand to have the names of what is available. I'm allergic to certain fruit so am always needing to be cautious. The staff member I asked didn't know what was in them either. Also maybe creating a smokers area at the back of the complex for numerous reasons 1. Not a good look for possible or new visitors having all your smokers by the front door. 2. In the mornings especially it's freezing at the front and sunny at the back. On a good day that is.

That there were no plates knives and forks.

A big tv for the size of the room.

The tiles in the bathroom and spa area look very outdated. Also not being able to use the door to outside on the ground floor. Would be good with a little courtyard or atleast be able to go outside from the room. Also when paying cash and a cash deposit on a room making sure your staff have the cash refund on check out. Also basic utensils like plates and cutlery. We went and got dinner only to realize there is only tea spoons

Very clean linen and comfortable bedding! Aircon was a bonus and loved that we could wash and dry our laundry for free (own washing powder) down stairs in very clean machines! The baggage trollies were so handy! As we had a big family of 6 with all our luggage was perfect to get it all up in one go.

We asked for late check out and was granted 1130am check out, we left on time but went downstairs to do our laundry for two hours but didn’t actually drop the access cards off until we finished (as I thought we needed them for the elevator) and was told we were being charged a late checkout fee because she was calling the room phone but we didn’t answer (cause we already left) but that it was our fault. After I explained that we had already checked out of the room she said it was ok but next time we have to return the cards right away.

I like the place very accessible, main road and big parking. I like the room good space.

the room was okay but when we got there.. lots of insect in the window and ceiling. We really can't turn off the light at night or else it will go fly everywhere. We requested for a room service to spray something the following day but some on it were on the bed. The bed we used is not even.. the shower is a bit mouldy and needs cleaning...

Nice position, Nice rooms.

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, we went for breakfast at 8am each day and even though it was in the middle of the time range for breakfast, there was food that were not available , used up for the day. The plates were cold to put your warm food on. And the pastries by the last day of our stay had run out and the hotel didnt have any. We were very disappointed with breakfast.

The room was spacious and the two queen-size beds were comfortable. The view from the small balcony was lovely. The kids-eat-free breakfast was a real bonus, and the continental breakfast set a great start for the day during our stay.

I wish we could have a microwave and a sofa in the room. The ventilation in the bathroom was on and off, which we couldn't control somehow.
