The staff was really helpful and accommodating. We got an early check in without extra cost which was very appreciated as we were very tired from our flight and time difference. The beds are very comfortable. Used the washing machines and there was no wait. Everybody enjoyed the spa pool. It was quiet and you hardly knew there were other guests staying there. It was good value for money as we are a big family and we stayed over a week

We tried the barbeque but the heat was low and we didn't bother with it again as we were out for the most part. Would be nice to have some outdoor furniture or just some chairs in the small patio by the spa pool.

Great spacious apartment with an upstairs space for sleeping. Ours also had a private hot tub that was slightly aged but did the job just fine. There's lots of windows that kept the area bright and airy. Finally, there was assigned parking spots on-site for each individual unit so we never had to worry about parking.

The loft space gets very hot in the summer. While there is air conditioning, it's placed in such a way that doesn't properly cover the upstairs area. This meant that the downstairs area was really cold but the upstairs area stayed warm. Luckily there was a giant floor fan that we used to blow the cold air upstairs.

The size of the rooms was really great. Heating was lovely especially with the wet weather. Plenty of towels provided for both bathroom as well as the spa. The playground was also suitable for our two active grandchildren who love climbing..ages 4 & 7. The x2 laundry machines were a good size and the dryers were able to complete a cycle with really dry clothes. (powder supplied as well!) Mirrored glass windows ensured privacy.

Parking parallel was a tad tight... Noise/sound from upstairs t.v. (open plan) carried downstairs/ and vice versa. The spa plug is in the bottom/middle and hard to reach.... Had to physically get in to put plug in and when children had finished without pulling the plug, it required someone to get into the water to pull the plug... Last day - the staff doing service forgot to complete bottom room - bed/towels - check tea/coffee service.... (Great selection of items though) Could have told reception, but we managed!!

Conveniently located next to a Woolworths, around 5 min walking distance (same sidewalk). The free geo-therm park is 4 min drive, and other paid parks are fairly close by driving. The private hot pool was great, and the room was cozy, so we had a great overall experience here. The TV are recently renewed and are not only good quality but provide a built-in casting experience which was very convenient.

The hot pool area was not cleaned at all, there was dust and leafs all around. On our first day, there was a lot of group noise coming from other room(s) until late night. The bathroom could also use a renovation.

Location spot on to drive into town in a few minutes.easy access to local tourist attractions. Liked the accommodation spa area hidden and ideal for drying any washing on a rack, as it was all enclosed. Washing machine and dryers room on site.. Water or powder the clothes dried in rack in spa area and hardly needed an iron..must be that the water as clothes felt soft…. The patio windows were very private we could see out and no one could see in so very private a bonus! No view as it’s a motel but the shrubs were trimmed and very tidy some in flower….

Maybe some toilet cleaner and a scrub around the bowl..could be the water has minerals in it that stain easily and hard to remove ? Also the bathroom tap I felt needed some cleaner and elbow grease …only those two things were annoying to me..am I too fussy 😩 maybe 🤔

This was our 3rd stay as a family, and we absolutely love this place. The size of the rooms were generous, and the beds were cozy and comfortable. In the family room, all the beds were upstairs in the loft with the living room, kitchenette, and bathroom downstairs. There were 2 heatpumps. A separate spa room downstairs in a closed space was a bonus, and kids had fun. The place was pristine clean, dont forget to pat the friendly dwelling cat, Borris. Recommend this place for a family who'd like to have a comfortable stay and be close to the city center.

I don't mean the readers to see this as a minus as it's just an experience. The bathroom was clean and in excellent condition! The shower was separated by a rolling curtain. It's just my personal choice, but I would've liked a cubicle. The kids danced from right to left🙂 after opening the nozzle, which gushed cold water at first before turning all the way to hot.. But anyway, it's trivial compared to the awesome stay we had in the place.

Highly Recommend !! Our Loft was nothing but great for our small family of 3. We were kindly greeted by Maggie who showed us to, and around our room which made the stay that little bit more welcoming. Rooms and bathroom were clean, warm, spacious and cosy. Private Spa was such a win, we absolutely loved that. The location of the property is central and only a couple minutes walk/drive away from most activites, restaurants/cafes and supermarkets. On sight playground was a bonus for us and our toddler. We will definitely stay here again after this amazing stay🥰

Good location not too far from the city centre. Very friendly staff and several friendly cats around aswell. The room was clean and tidy with plenty of space and surfaces to spread out. Spacious bathroom. Loved the private access outdoor spa bath that was tucked away at the rear end of the hotel and very quiet. Kitchenette is reasonably well equipped and things like tea, coffee and hot chocolate are refilled daily. Large selection of channels on the TV

The mattress was, unfortunately, very soft and therefore not very comfortable. Casting onto the TVs was patchy and wouldn't work at all for me (Android) and only with issues for my partner (iOS). The internet, in general, was also quite slow. The stairs in our room were very creaky, which won't be an issue for most people, but it was difficult for us to walk the stairs without waking up our daughter.

Our room was exceptionally clean and it smelt beautiful when we walked in. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped with all kinds of utensils whereby you can easily cook a meal. Lots of space and storage room. Two televisions that actually work with lots of channels. Great location, close to supermarkets and restaurants. They clearly take pride in their work.

Our room (15) is right next to the smokers area. We were closing the doors every time someone was smoking. Heat pump wasn’t working but it wasn’t an issue. We had alternative means to heat the room if required.

Location is perfect! The place I normally go to was booked out and Arista kept popping up when I looked further. Your cat was very friendly gave us a welcome, came into the place with us when we arrived. Hung around, then left. Also just loved the Loft vibe, high ceilings, separate living space to the rooms. Because my mum started to get sick the last day, she could stay upstairs and rest while I did my work downstairs. I loved the journey your family have been on, its a beautiful story to how you all started to now😊Whanau vibes.

Everything was fine. If I were to add something it would be location of powerpoints were too far from the kitchen table when I had to use my labtop. But that was a easy fix and maybe just add a small table to go with the chairs outside by the spa. There's a lot of space outside. I like being outside as well.
