Spa, clean room, comfy bed.

Helpful receptionist took us to view unit and gave us info about an activity we were interested in Rotorua. Unit was spacious very happy. Happy and surprised next day to have toilet cleaned and bed made. Great service. Offered milk if we needed more usually I wouldn’t ask and yes we did need more milk. Unit was totally quiet no noise from other units or traffic. Sky tv wow all channels to view haven’t had that before. Definitely would book Capri on Fenton again.

One of the couches in the two bedroom unit is so depressed to sit on it was difficult to get up off it. We were disappointed to have a spa pool/bath it was nice but prefer a standard spa pool that we don’t have to keep refilling. I could not find a clothes horse to hang our wet togs/towels on.

Nice clean room. Fridge/Freeze combo is a rare thing these days. "Love it", As is having access to the Movie channels on Sky. Air Con (quiet) and wall mounted Heater were perfect. Needed both over the 2 days I was there. Comfy bed, Best pillows. They're usually to big and hard for my liking. Extra towels hung in the Kete was a nice touch too. LOVE that it isn't used for emergency housing. Rooms serviced daily ✅️✅️✅️

Entry to the room would benefit from a daily leaf blow or Vac, Autumn time. Although the cat seemed pleased with the kitty litter. Tap over spa leaking quite badly (was dripping hot into the wooden surrounds when I arrived). Just a washer replacement I think. The welcome note explains the reason for the spas auto shut off (noise). but I was still surprised at just how loud it was from the neighbours room. As well as general talking, laughing, and the early showering..

Easy check-in and key drop-off process. The room was large and spacious, with our assigned carpark lot in front of our room. There was a heater and air conditioning in the room, which made it easy to regulate the temperature of the room for our comfort. The kitchenette was well stocked and had all the necessary equipment and utensils. We spotted some greenish sediment/stains that couldn't be washed off in the kettle and Morgen promptly explained that it was leftover water minerals stains. He went to get a brand new kettle for us to use without any further questions asked.

The floor area near the kitchenette was quite sticky and there were some brownish stains in the spa bath. It would be great if there was a heater in the toilet as it got really cold. Nothing too major as we stayed only for one night :)

The property is located a short drive from lots of shops and restaurants and is in a quiet area. Very easy access to attractions in Rotorua. We had booked a studio room however Morgen very kindly gave us a larger room as an upgrade. As a couple travelling with an adult son we were delighted with the extra space. Our rooms were very clean and spacious. We appreciated the milk in the fridge and other amenities provided. The spa bath was lovely and just what we needed after driving for a few hours. Overall we were very happy with our time there and could happily have stayed longer.

Loved the spa and the aircon was magnificent with the hot summer weather. The family room was a great set up very cozy wish we had got to stay longer. Will definately be back again suited my family of five.

I wish the king bed was not two singles put together I didn't have the best sleep. I had to sleep in the middle because I was breastfeeding my baby and I was on the crack. I pushed the beds together but it didn't make much difference. I also have a suggestion in the spa room is to have a bench to sit on or a small outdoor room with curtain to get dress in after the spa I was very worried about me and my kids making the carpet inside all wet after getting out of the spa.

On arrival our room was very clean & tidy and nice & warm when we entered. The spa pool area was perfect & very clean. I love that I didn't need to ask for milk as there was a small carton of milk sitting in the fridge & complimentary cookies. Everything was lovely/fresh & flash. My favourite was the spa pool area, I love how the spa wasn't fully covered because it let's the nice cool air flow through.

Not a big deal because the room was well heated but an extra blanket would've made our stay perfect.

The room was tastefully decorated and had everything needed for a very comfortable two-night stay with husband and teenage son. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had no problem arriving after the office had closed - the important thing is to let reception know beforehand that you will be arriving late so they can send room details before you arrive. Car parking immediately outside the unit was appreciated. Excellent spa pool in the bathroom and shower over the spa pool was no problem so long as you don't mind climbing into it. Just remember to open the windows and shut the door so that the rest of the unit doesn't get steamed up when filling the spa pool.

Everything... Location, cleanliness, staff (especially Morgen at reception) thank you Morgen, I was expecting your friendly self after reading all the reviews before coming to Rotorua. So it was fabulous meeting you un person and how lovely and so welcoming you were. Myself and my family very much appreciate this. Mere and family from Auckland😍

Nothing everything was perfect I must say especially the shower, the wall heater and the comfortable beds😍

Host was fantastic, greeted us warmly, and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Staff cleaned the room daily and replaced anything that we used. Spa was great and having the heater was a god send.

Nothing from the host point of view or the accommodation, i was there for the Rotorua Marathon, so be good to stay closer to the City Centre, so that everything is walking distance to the event and restaurants. In saying that it took us only minutes to drive there.
