Property was as pictured and had everything we needed. Smart TV was awesome for relaxing in the evening to a movie. Very comfortable and cosey. The staff were super helpful and accommodating especially since we did not account for the rain and they dried our wet clothes for us, we were very greatful. Perfect for family of 4-5. We had our teens with us who loved their own space. Was also able to do a late checkout on request so fantastic!

Could not use the spa pool as it was raining and the roof over it was very leaky. Not covered enough. Would have made our stay a 10/10

Room was spacious and very tidy for 6 of us. Beds were comfortable, except for the sofa bed, but that is expected. Staff were very helpful and friendly, they were very accommodating and were always there to help. Location was good. Carpark was plentiful. Had hot tub, but did not use.

Laundry did not look very clean, did not use. Carpark was tight in space. Room had a strong floral-like smell, which is quite overpowering. Otherwise, nothing major that ruined our stay.

My family and I stayed overnight in this motel and it's worth the value. The place maybe a bit old but we had a comfortable sleep, our room was clean, the spa pool was a bonus ( kids loved it! ), and the manager was welcoming and helpful. He came to help us with our sofa bed putting on a nice foam mattress, fitted sheet, blanket and pillow. He also gave us extra towels. We had a nice, simple dinner as there's a kitchen and cooking facilities included. The parking and wifi is free too. The motel was also pretty close to the city central and most shops. I am definitely coming back for my next family trip! Thank you 😊.

I arrived early and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and had everything I would need l. Due to in being mid-winter I was offered an extra fan heater. The beds were so comfy and the kitchen stocked with everything I needed to prep a meal. The location was perfect; a short walk to Petrol Station, super Market and shopping center including the warehouse and banks. I really enjoyed my stay here.

My partner staying upstairs most of the stay on her phone! I don't think I'll ever take her to any motel ever again because all she does is stay on her phone too often and I'd rather go to motel alone or with someone else if she gonna be like that but that's her last chance, she's blown it, no more motels with her as I pay for them all and dinner,

Staff were really, really helpful and friendly. Every request was granted and they checked to make sure you were happy. The spa was outstanding

Some of the things didn't work (little lights) and the gas heater. But we were given the option to switch rooms or have another heater in our room, which we were happy with.

We thought there was a queen bed and 2 single beds in the room but it turned out to be 2 queen beds. I was with my two sisters and none of us wanted to share a bed so I ended up booking a separate unit for myself. It worked out okay in the end, but if they didn't have another room available we wouldn't have been happy.

Loved our stay here, so warm and spacious, clean, and our very own Spa.....highly recommend staying here 💯 there is so much to do here in Rotorua and Badon is the spot to be at....only minutes away from all the attractions,shopping,laundromats,car wash you name it

Loved the spa big enough for 5 people sitting , was great to just have family time and drinks in the spa. The heating was great and electric blankets were a bonus during cold nights ,the beds were really comfy, staff were very accommodating to requests etc… overall my family and I enjoyed stay and would definitely book again.

Couldn’t fault it.

The price was very cheap. Expected a dive with emergency housing people everywhere. Arrived and it was peacefully quiet. The bed was amazing and there was even a spa out the back. The shower was hot with great pressure. There was even an upstairs bedroom. The man at reception was absolutely lovely and it was all arranged and sorted with no fuss. I will definitely be back
