The central location in the city was great.

Everything was just ok. I think they need to invest in a machine or product to fully clean the glass shower door, was surprised it wasn’t clear and it just needed a deep clean. We stayed chuffing the Christmas period, so no housekeeping on Christmas Day which I can understand, but on the 26th there was only limited housekeeping, which is ok, but we were never told. There was a sign in the elevator explaining this which we saw that night, but it wasn’t there at 10am when we left. So rubbish was removed, we got new towels, and stuff was put into the dishwasher, but it wasn’t turned on, so we had to do that and wait, or wash things by hand.

Absolutely EVERYTHING from location being suitable and close to everything! Could walk with many different food options, the staff were awesome! Very welcoming and good to conversate with and VERY HARD WORKING!! The room/hotel was very clean and was cleaned and maintained daily! Even though we didnt pay for parking it was very easy to find parking always out the front of the hotel. We loved our getaway to Rotorua and will be doing it again for sure!! Well done Quest Rotorua!! We see all the hard mahi you all put in on the daily for everyone and this shows in my review We are very thankful and shall see yous again !!

Couldn't stay longer 🤣 but we have to come back to reality but can now do so with a refreshed mindset thanks to the contribution of Quest Rotorua!

Apartment was great and staff very friendly. Check in was easy and reception staff were very easy to communicate with. The apartments having a full kitchen was really the best as we have a 4 year old. Great size living area, bed and bathroom.

The lift is small and difficult to use as it opens and closes a few times before moving. The luggage trolley takes some maneuvering to get in and out of the lift. We stopped at Rotorua as part of a 8 day vacation and both the owners of the hotel kept commented on our amount of luggage as we were booked in for 2 nights. I had taken 2 apartments as I had my parents with us as well.

Nice clean spacious room. We booked this room specifically for the balcony which a lot of other Hotels do not have in Rotorua. The Spa was great and cleaned after every use.Great location within walking distance to a lot of great cafe's and restaurants. Lots of parking outside with a long stay carpark a couple of minutes away.

Maybe just the view that we had overlooking a carpark which was quite busy but other than that it's a great place to stay. I wish we had called ahead to book a carpark but all learnings for next time.

Great location right in the center of downtown Rotorua and a very nice hotel! Our room was spacious and comfortable with a great bathroom and kitchenette. Nice view as we were on an upper level. The staff were very helpful with questions and assisting with parking.

Extra cost for parking and the limited parking availability. Washer in our unit worked great, but the clothes dryer was terrible and kept stopping every 5 minutes.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Modern. Washing machine and tumble drier is helpful. The staff went above and beyond and were super friendly.

The room had a very high ceiling and the only window was narrow, long and much too high to see out of. The room was just off the foyer and next to the store room and was the only room on the ground floor. They did say we booked the last two rooms and although the fittings and amenities were good, I might not have booked if I had see actual pictures of THIS particular room. I later found out it was a converted boardroom, which in itself is not the issue, but I would have liked to be given the choice. That said, I would stay here again, but in a different room.

This was our second time staying at Quest Central in Rotorua after first visiting on our honeymoon a few years ago. We had a smaller room this time but still very nice, modern, and with excellent facilities. Great little kitchenette and the toiletries in the bathroom are amazing.

The room was a little small for all our stuff as we had travelled to an ultramarathon so had a lot of kit. We were also unable to get a parking space this time, despite booking months in advance (not a huge issue as there is plenty of free parking just down the street).

Very friendly service, fantastic staff. Large, clean, well-furnished rooms. Nice kitchen facilities, good in-room coffee & tea selection. Comfortable bed. Quiet rooms. Terrace was great, and the hot tubs were a nice bonus. Convenient location. I'd definitely stay here again.

This sounds silly, but I wish I had more time to use the hot tub. But with the Polynesian Spa three blocks away, it was more of a novelty.

After staying in Quest in Wellington the room was quite a bit smaller than expected but still perfectly adequate. The staff were very helpful. We hired a car which we were able to park right outside every night.

English breakfast tea was provided everywhere else I stayed in NZ but unfortunately not here. Everything else was good.

Location is very central. The rooms are relatively large and well equipped. Shower and bed were nice.

The reception was very poor. I don't need to know about your staffing issues on arrival. You accepted the booking so manage it. I was made to feel a major nuisance as I emailed twice over 4 weeks checking for availability of exec room. Payment and check in was prehistoric. Made to show credit card n ID just for a visual. Pay wave dramas and I was still told i would be charged an extra $10 for paying with EFTPOS. Never happened anywhere else. 1 ancient slow lift for the old building means you will be probably using the stairs a lot.
