The property managers were sooo accommodating in terms of our late check-in. When I went to pay the next morning they greeted me with a smile and kindness. The room was lovely and cozy with good amenities. Convenient location. Just excellent!

Bigger lounge area would have been great but not a big issue. We also had someone in our carpark the entire time we were there. Clear parking allocations would be good too but again not a big issue.

The parking lot is right outside the room and it was a big room with everything you’ll need. It was a comfortable stay and the reception staff was awesome and very welcoming. Thank you for taking our reservation even though it was very impromptu, only 1 hour before we checked in!

Location is good with quiet neighborhood. 30-35 minutes drive to the mount. Structure of the unit with single bed in living plus tv, queen bed in main room with tv and a room for kids with bunk bed. Suited our family of 5 just perfectly. Enough tea coffee stock provided and working kettle. Small carton of milk was provided in the fridge. I would give 10 to cleanliness fresh linen and towels. We enjoyed our stay there. Its the second time we are visiting this place with family and friends in next unit.

There were no bowls in the kitchen for kids breakfast but we were not fussed about it - just a suggestion, they would come handy if stay is longer and people get take-aways.

Clean and tidy, good shower pressure and cooking facilities at a reasonable price. Staff were very accommodating in waiting up for us when we arrived at 8 30pm and agreed to waiver a double booking that occurred via booking .com

Not sure yet but hopefully booking.com doesn't charge a fee to the hotel for an accidental double booking on my behalf as I booked the same room x2 online.

it was a very hot night and it took awhile to work out the air conditioner. Once sorted it was fine

Location was perfect, central to everything. Room was very nice and comfortable. All beds had electric blankets plus there was a panel heater in the bunk room, heater in the bathroom and a heat pump in the kitchen/dining. TV in the main room was a treat. Parking outside your door was great. Shower pressure was beautiful and hard. Very much enjoyed our room and would definitely stay there again.

Super clean, host is super accommodating. Arrived around 10pm and he still waited for us and showed us exactly where to park and where were our rooms.

The room was very homely. Also liked how each room in the unit is sectioned of by doors for privacy. Beds were comfortable. The location was perfect as we had just travelled from the Bay of Islands, easy to find and close to amenities.

The cleanliness of the kitchen needs a bit of work, the dishes were stained with coffee and Tea stains. We had to hold the button on the Jug for it to stay on.

Close to everything, comfortable, warm, dry.

Beds were quite soft, challenging to sneak to bathroom with sleeping children in the room we were in.
