Place has a lovely view of the hills, lake and town center and is only a few minutes walk from town, shops and lake shore, it was clean and tidy and has everything needed to be self contained, the cooking facilities, appliances, pottery and cutlery were all in there so we were able to save some money by cooking our own food. We loved having our meals in the balcony enjoying the vistas. Staff were helpful and nice. Place has some storage facilities so I was able to put bike away for the night. Place was also quiet, despite being so close to town and the main road.

A little bit overpriced. The place also is not the most modern so looks outdated and old (carpet, toilets) but not significant

Friendly welcoming staff with excellent knowledge of local facilities. The room had everything we needed, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was excellent, and the wifi was good. We would definitely be happy to stay there again.

A minor niggle - it took us a while to figure out how to use the TV, maybe it was just us, but some instructions would have been useful.

Super friendly and helpful staff, and a special shout out to Jenny for finding us a family room versus two separate rooms upon check in (saving us quite a bit of money!) Great location within walking distance of lots of shops and places to eat. Couldn’t be happier with our stay, and would definitely stay again when next in Wanaka. Thanks so much!

Super spacious and we got a free room upgrade. Very comfortable beds. Stunning views of the mountains and the lake from our balcony. 5 minute walk to the town centre. Very friendly and helpful owner (Jenny)

Slow wifi, we ended up using our mobile data for most of the stay.

The view was absolutely wonderful, and the showerhead was high enough that even me (tall person coming through) could stand comfortably under it. Amazing water pressure! All restaurants were walking distance for me and my kids. The TV was connected to internet, so we could easily watch Netflix via my account. Would highly recommend Wānaka Heights!

Surprise, surprise! Nothing at all!

The room was very spacious and the balcony was a real bonus. The view in the morning and at sunset was special. The location was very central and only a short walk to the action in Wanaka.

The rooms are quite dated and need some refreshing. The bed was also too soft for our liking. Irrespective we still enjoyed our stay.

Amazing view. Very close to the city centre and lake wanaka. Beds are very comfortable. There was snowing and cold outside but the room were warm.

Nothing. Except the bathroom not so big, but it's clean and tidy. There was dripping from the ceiling in the first night of our stay (probably some water got trapped due to weather). We told the manager and she was really responsive and helpful. Thanks.

The view was absolutely unbeatable. Stunning. Everything was comfortable and all that I needed was provided.

Whilst everything worked and was useable, quite a lot was at the end of its life, working still, but on the verge of needing replacement.

Really friendly owner, Jenny greeted us and was very welcoming and informative. Close to town, easy access to path into town. Driveable/walkable to breweries and wineries. Nice little patio to yourself. Full access to Sky, and can connect to Netflix. Amazing shower!

Nice wee rooms with everything you need when you arrive in Wanaka. Nice shower (big deal for me I hate bad water pressure lol). Staff were nice and accommodating. Really close to town and just a 5min walk from the food trucks down the road (behind new world). 5 min drive from puzzling world and the lavender farm. 5 min walk to the water front. It’s perfect. Everything was pristine when I arrived so massive thumbs up to the cleaners they are awesome. All the staff here do a great job.
