The location was perfect - right near the bus stop so we could easily access it. The view from the apartment was incredible. The room was reasonable for the price. Dated but good value for money.

The listing said that there were laundry facilities and luggage storage onsite which were reasons for choosing this accommodation. There were no laundry facilities in our apartment. The manager was able to arrange for us to store our bags in another apartment on the day we checked out but I don't think this should be listed as a property feature because it may not be available to everybody.

The Panorama Court units are aptly named because the views over Lake Wanaka & the Alps create a moving mosiac of scenic beauty, that is constantly changing depending on the time of day. Early in the morning as the Sun rises, Lake Wanaka looks like a sheet of glass & with the freshly covered snow capped alps it creates a scene that is jaw dropping inspiring. Towards the mid day & the Lake's crystal clear waters mirror the still snow capped Alps in a reflection style photo that you cannot tell the "top from bottom". Watch on in awe as the day progresses & as the clouds roll in & out constantly battling with the snow capped peaks for supremacy. As the afternoon Sun heads towards the west it's rays highlight the Alps like a theatre's stage spot-light focusing in on the Opera Diva who is just about to deliver the Finale Song. All this & more & I still haven't even left the surrounds of my Panorama Court Lounge-room.

The wife & I stayed in Unit No1 & the main bedroom Double Bed mattress may have seen "Better Days" or maybe it just wasn't my "Cup Of Tea". However the main bedroom view, more than makes up for any minor bed issues.

The location of the property is excellent, just a short walk into town, parking was available and convenient. The view from our verandah (Unit 6) was fabulous, straight down to Lake Wanaka and the mountains. The beds were comfortable, a double in one and two singles in the other room. The kitchen was reasonably set up, the important items were available. It was a shame that we didn't find the coffee plunger until the last day, that was our fault. The bathroom was okay with a washing machine available and a clothes line outside.

The lounge was like sitting on a block of concrete, it was absolutely basic with no comfort factor at all and the lighting within the Unit was quite poor as in it was very limited.

I loved the style of apartment and how it was so centrally located to shops/food places and overlooking the lake. It was good for a small group of us and great to have a washer/dryer and off road parking.

One of our group had to sleep on the fold out couch which was hard and not so comfortable. There was only one sheet instead of 2. A mattress topper would have helped out. One of the cupboards in the living area had a broken door.

Great location, very close to town with stunning views of the lake and mountains. Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment which was very well appointed with everything you need for a stay. We were able to sit on the balcony and bask in the sun and soak up the incredible views. Very sorry we were not able to stay longer. It was a 9,5 for us

Carpark for apartment 2 is a bit tricky with middle of the slope turn into a small arch with roses on both sides, whose thorns hurt when you try to exit the vehicle The bed was too soft and one of us on the queen size bed need to sleep on the sofa coz 2 can't sleep without disturbing each other with every move

Location is awesome. Close to the centre with lakeside view and I can spend all day sitting in the living room to see the view! Large space with all the facilities we need. And we saw the milkway!

Would be great if there's a staff in the office. We didn't receive the check-in info and got a bit confused. Issues were still resolved by booking.com message but not real-time.

The location was perfect. Amazing views. Spacious living areas and kitchen facilities.

The main bedroom bed was very hard but we made it comfy by layering the many spare blankets & duvets underneath. There was also a leak by the corner of the window in the kids room which led to a wet floor between the single bed & the window wall. It didn't rain while we were there so maybe was condensation dripping down.

We had 2 apartments - one had no hot water for a day, until we finally found a concealed switch. Washing machine hose leaked, which no-one came to fix until after we had left (2 nights). There is no-one on Site. However, apart from that, we really liked the accommodation and had a great time in Wanaka

The apartment was in a great location to the shops and restaurants. The marina where we took our tour was also a 5 min walk. The apartment was spacious and it had a balcony with a nice view of the lake and mountains.

The air conditioning would not cool the apartment (open windows helped in the evenings). The oven was also broken but the cooktop was functional.
