I recently stayed at this hotel during my first solo trip and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Despite arriving much earlier than the standard check-in time, they were able to check me in early, which was immensely helpful and greatly appreciated. The location of the hotel is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. My room was well-equipped with everything I needed, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and convenience.

However, my room was on the first floor, and I was bothered by an unpleasant smell in the hallway. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and convenience, but I hope they can address the hallway odor issue.

Location was right in the middle of the city with easy access to everything. Room was clean and comfortable, was quiet facing the street (not sure about the rooms facing the motorway), bathroom and bed was clean. Staff on front desk were able to help out with access to the off-site fitness centre and a swimming pool.

Room layout was a little weird, off-site fitness centre and swimming pool was just down the street but a little inconvenient. Location on top of the hill a little annoying, but was able to cut through shopping centre across the street to avoid climbing the stairs.

Good location. Could walk to where we wanted to visit and taxis weren't expensive from ferry terminal. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The apartment had a good layout making the most of a small space. It was a comfortable space to relax in between activities. Bed was very comfortable and shower pressure really good. Also there is a convenience store right next door and another just a minutes walk. The whole apartment was lovely and clean, the cleaners do an excellent job.

The layout of shower was a bit funny. It was small and triangle which was fine but from where the showerhead was the large pumps of body wash and shampoo were kind of in the way a bit. Not a big deal still a good shower in all and very clean

Yes... as I did indeed spend two weeks in Jacinda Jail, I look at hotel rooms differently in that, could I stay here for two weeks and not go mad? Believe me, few rooms make the cut. This room would not drive me crazy - it was large enough with a nice view to The Terrace and the sun shone in during the day with blackout curtains if I wanted darkness. Windows opened for a fresh air and when shut, no street noise. Good kitchen too! Do-able for one person in a two week MIQ situation but perhaps not so good for two persons. But then, no hotel room is...

Not a single complaint - will stay again next time in Wellington.

We needed somewhere near the city centre, with parking. We wanted to prepare food and do some washing. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable with lovely linens on. Nothing was too much to ask the concierge for advice. He made us very welcome. We used the gym and pool at the Quest hotel, included in our booking. It was perfect.

The oven wasn’t working so we reported it to the concierge and he put a request in to maintenance. We managed with the grill and microwave.

Handy location. Access to gym facility was great. Staff were extremely helpful.

It said in the info booklet that apartment occupants could get a paper each day. I found out on the first day that the receptionist had to go out & get it. However on one of the days, by the time the receptionist went out to get me one (I did put in a request first thing in the morning) there were none left wherever she went to get it from. I suggest that occupants are able to advise reception the night before so it can be organised first thing each morning. It was something I was keen to sit down & read in the evening.

Super friendly staff. Clean tidy rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice enough views. Super secure parking which is something alot of places dint offer in Wellington city. Central to the CBD which has all your shopping needs covered.

Room size was a little deceptive in the photos. It's big enough however I thought it was going to be slightly bigger. Bed was just standard as well, definitely wasn't an extra wide king like I had booked but it was comfy.

The location is very central. It provided a secure car park for a fee for the duration of my stay. The staff were very helpful.

The rooms are not very soundproof. The telephone made a short ringing sound on both nights of my stay around 3am as it was trying to connect to some network? It woke me up both nights. Although the door has to be opened always by a key, both the lock on the door and the chain were broken, so there was no way to lock the door from the inside just in case I was still getting changed when the cleaning staff came.

Very welcoming staff. Just wanted you leave my bag there. As I arrived 2 hours before check in. Staff member checked to see if room was ready. Then proceeded to check me in . As with other staff they also very pleasant .

Just the beds for me personally were a bit soft, apart from that nothing and i was very happy with everything . I will be staying again when time permits

Great friendly staff very helpful, really nice apartment. extremely comfy bed. Room had everything you needed. It's in a great location as-well.

Was a bit pricey but I was solo if I was with someone else it wouldn't be bad at all. I didn't like the mirror in the room nor the gap behind the bed to see into the lounge but that's just my preference.
