I was very fortunate to have been upgraded to a suite and even more fortunate that I was able to check in early as I had come off the DFDS Ferry. The room was beautiful (highly recommended) Great view over the Opera house an harbour. Could not ask for a better location as the main shopping street is 2 mins away as in the train station. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby which was great. The breakfast starts at 6am during the week and 7.30 at the weekend and had a great selection of food options. The staff were all very friendly and always said hello when I walked past reception. The only negative was that there is a fair bit of noise as the Tram Line is about 200 metres from the room and it runs all night. Saturday night was noisy as there are restaurants and a large public area below. I bought some ear plugs and they really helped. I loved the fact that from checkout within 10 mins I was on the train to the airport and within 30 mins was there. Such a well organised system and idiot proof which is good. Overall definitely would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was really good, so I recommend having this option. The staff was shorted but who works there does great. The bathroom size was good. I liked the big windows and it was good having a card key and receptionist 24h, which was different of the terrible experience I had in other places in Scandinavia. Great in location if you are taking the train at any point or visiting the main attractions of the city.

The room was really small. I could barely fit my luggage in any space. A coffee machine could inside the room could improve the experience as the access to the reception was not short/fast. It was not easy to move around with my heavy luggage as the elevators are located in a section of the building where I was not staying in. The gym could be bigger and certainly they should hire more staff.

The location of the hotel was perfect! You take the express train from Oslo airport to Grand Central Station and the hotel is right outside of the station. I had a previous hotel booked but changed it to this location since I was only in Oslo one night and wanted to avoid venturing outside of Grand Central Station. The rooms are a bit small but the bathrooms are quite larger than I expected from my previous stays around Oslo and N Europe. It was great because it reminded me of a hostel setting where the main lobby is almost a social setting or coworking area where you can work on your laptop. The front desk staff is absolutely great and you can store your luggage with them if needed. Breakfast was included and was awesome.

The rooms could have been a bit bigger but aside from that it was great for a last night's stay before heading to the airport the next day.

Location and staff were excellent - very easy to find as in the train station, staff very friendly and helpful and it was very easy to check in with clear instructions sent. Check out also very quick and luggage storage offered. Shower was brilliant and bathroom very big and high quality! Comfortable bed. Felt very safe as solo female traveller. Very tasty breakfast with a lot on offer with good vegan options. Wish I’d stayed a little longer but will look stay in future with friends.

Would’ve liked kettle in room but that’s the only thing! There was easy access to food and drinks at reasonable cost and shops and nearby amenities.

This hotel is in a fabulous location right on the edge of Oslo Central Station with easy access to a huge variety of cafes, restaurants and other shops including a supermarket and a liquor store. Arriving or leaving by train is a breeze and you can walk straight into the hotel from the station without going outside if you enter through the Italian restaurant Bella Bambina located near one of the exits. Our double room was in the newer section of the hotel and, although small, had a wonderful view across an attractive plaza to the water. It was also surprisingly quiet. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was amazing.

Centrally located right next to train station, parking garage is nearby but expensive - make sure you park at the upper levels for a little discount - we paid 692 NOK for 2 days, nice gym, room was big and the bathroom had floor heating - very nice & powerful shower, great restaurants & shopping opportunities nearby, breakfast had a rich selection and was very delicious, beds were comfy, all in all it was a great stay!

Room doors only locked when tapping the room key again - we didn't know that. So make sure to lock your room when you go out; it was quite cold in the room - we asked the staff for a transportable heater as the normal heating system in the room didn't work (only bathroom), our part of the building was under construction work so we did not have view outside.

- Central location right next to the station - Friendly staff who spoke English - Interesting room decor - The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with some traditional options (you have to try the brown cheese) and a lot of healthy choices - You can drink the tap water in your room - There is available vegan washing gel - They offer a bag you can put any unwanted clothing to be donated to charity - Check-out was at 12 o'clock, and they have a room to store luggage free of charge

- Room felt a bit small - Double bed, but two single duvets, which was a bit weird

Great location but hard to find coming from the train/airport. Up escalator to the concourse, turn left walk past the escalators/stairs (on your right) almost to the end then turn left and walk to a short escalator going down one level. Keep going another 10 metres then down another short escalator. This is now the old train station platform level. You will see black train station rafters above you and lots of restaurants. Keep walking to the end ,almost the exit , on your left is an Italian restaurant, Bambinis? Two olive trees in barrels at the entry to the hotel.

Like all hotels no hooks but did have some hanging space . No shelves.

This was my first of two stays at this hotel. Breakfast and location was fantastic. I was able to check-in a little early as my room was ready which I appreciated. Comfy bed, clean room, great shower. Overall a great experience. I requested a quiet room and got that. There was no noise complaints at all from me on this trip.

Everything was great. On my second trip, a different booking, I had also requested a quiet room but was placed next to a building facility machine of some sorts outside. The noise kept me up and had to use ear plugs.

This was our second stay at this perfectly located hotel, right in the Oslo central station complex, close to many of the key tourist attractions and with a wide choice of cafés and restaurants nearby. Our room was quiet, light, spacious, modern and attractive with a great view of the city square, the opera house and the harbour. Breakfast was fabulous and we thought all staff did a wonderful job handling the high numbers of guests in a friendly, patient and helpful manner.
