The location is very central, we can reach everything easily (walking or using public transports). The breakfast is very diverse and complete (it even includes salmon and other typical products), and very tasty. We could chill in the bar area every night with beers or cocktails available right there. The beds are very comfy, and the bathroom is floor-heated, which feels amazing after a day in the cold. There are power sockets all around the bed, which is very convenient (and rather rare when the bed has a side against the wall). There is also a luggage room to store our stuff after checkout. The staff is very friendly. We strongly recommend this place!

The shower in our bathroom is a bit small (definitely can't fit 2 people), but it is otherwise very nice in all other respects.

Very friendly staff in the hotel, clean room, rooms get cleaned every day and new towels provided. Breakfast is great and there are a lot of choices of food. The location is perfect, easy to get to and from Oslo airport and most central tourist points of interests ie the Munch Museum and The Opera House. Outside the hotel you have other bus and tram stops so easy to hop on another mode of public transport. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very good location, very comfortable beds, amazing breakfast with great selection.

Minor details: A lot of noise from outside, even with the windows closed. We couldn’t connect our phones to the smart TV to put Netflix or anything to watch. Staff said that most tvs don’t work and we shouldn’t bother.

Great hotel in the very centre of the city. Very good breakfast. Exellent location, close to all major sights. Very nice staff, especially our waiter Daniel Jones who was always smiling and gave us exceptional service 😊

Nothing, everything was nice.

The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating our request to add a person to our room and upgrade. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Our room was quite far from the lift or stairs, with a couple of steps which were tricky to navigate with suitcases.

The position is super, two minutes walking from Oslo central train station. The room was clean and the staff available and kind. The breakfast was included in the price with a large variety of food available

All the staff we came into contact with helpful and friendly, one even came out of the front of the hotel to direct us to where we needed to go. Breakfast was fantastic, so much choice and every dietary requirement was catered for

Lack of control of air conditioning. The room got a bit hot at night, and the only solution was to open the window, which allowed a bit of noise.

We flew into Oslo and then took the train to Bergen so the location, so close to the train station, was brillaint for us. The lady at reception was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was brilliant and made me wish we were staying for another one.

Good location and got upgrade to bigger room for no extra charge. Lovely breakfast.

The view was just into an opening of the other hotel windows. But we were advised of this when we accepted larger room upgrade.
