Provided everything we needed. Check in was so easy. Property was easy to find. 10 mins by car from the airport. Wouldn’t recommend the airport shuttle as a distance to drag bags in the snow. Ramp outside to bring bags in. Free tea, coffee and hot chocolate machine in the Reception for guests, plus cookies. There’s also a small kiosk type shop for essentials. Pool was an added bonus, but note swimming hats are needed. They’re sold at Reception for about £6 equivalent. We had a 2 bed and a 1 bed apartment across 2 stays. One with a sea view and one with a mountain view. Both had a good outlook over Tromso. Beds were really comfortable with cotton linens. Even the sofa bed was comfortable and not the usual flimsy sagging type often found in hotels. The blackout curtains worked! The shower was a powerful rainfall type. No issues with water pressure or temperature as easily controllable. The block was fully booked out during our stay but we never heard other guests once in our apartment. The kitchen had everything you needed for a short stay. The provision of basics such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, teas, coffee (Nespresso), sugar, olive oil and sweets was great. If you ran out you could ask for more or get them from the coffee station in Reception. Really good, high end quiet appliances and simple to use - mainly Bosch. They provided oven lining paper so cleaning the oven after use wasn’t a chore. There is a small but adequately stocked supermarket 3 mins walk, with fresh bakery items. Approx 5-10 mins walk (depending on walking speed) there is large Eurospar that has a very wide range of local and international foodstuffs. The main shopping street and restaurants are about a 10 min walk and about 20 mins to where most of tours depart.

Nothing. Only improvement would be in the 2 bed apartment, the kettle lead didn’t reach the socket in the kitchen so we had to boil the kettle in the dining area. It reached in the 2nd apartment we stayed in though. Couldn’t see a buzzer at the Reception to contact the staff if they happened to be temporarily away from the desk. This only happened once and wasn’t an issue as I only waited 2 mins and helped myself to a coffee. Only mentioned as they were the only 2 negatives we could find. Fix those and it gets 100%! Wish more places were like this.

The property is amazing and the staff were so wonderful! on arrival I was given a complimentary upgrade to a sea view suite which was such a lovely surprise to arrive to. The rooms are very modern and clean with daily cleaners who were also so friendly and nice. The property is about a 10 minute walk into town but it’s so easy to get to and from. It’s a quiet location and the bed is the best bed I’ve ever slept in! I’m very sad to have to leave, but if I’m ever back in Tromsø I will 100% stay here again :) Thank you so much, it was perfect!

10/10 review! Do not hesitate to book here, everything was wonderful. - Beautiful apartments! Stunning views, luxurious bathroom, kitchen, and very comfortable beds! - Excellent communication via message as well as in person, I met 4 different ladies who worked at reception and all of them were very friendly, warm, and helpful. We were also lucky enough to get an upgrade. - The rooms were very clean - The facilities in the room were excellent! Coffee pod machine, dishwasher, olive oil, salt, pepper etc everything you need and more - The shower and bathroom felt luxurious, with heated floors too!+ - The bed and duvet were very comfortable, we slept very well here - There is a reception and lobby which is great when you stay in an apartment - We were able to choose between indoor and outdoor parking, store our luggage after checkout, and rest in the lobby before our flight with access to a hot drinks machine. It was all very smooth and easy - Location was 15m walk into town, easy to access the bus stops but to the airport etc, very nice area to stay in - There is also the option to use the gym there 10/10 on everything can not fault this property

- nothing to complain about

I travel a lot for work and this has been one of the nicest hotel experiences in a long time. The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms have many thought-through details. It's located a bit on a hill so you get a wonderful view over the city. Perfect for a laidback holiday in Tromsø or for relaxing after a day full of activities. Personnel was very friendly and always ready to help too, so would definitely recommend this place.

Everything was perfect

Excellent attention to detail and quality, perfect apartment. The breakfast bags were an unexpected treat and also very well received. Super location with great views of the town and gondola, would be excellent for the northern lights too had they showed up! Very easy walk into town centre. Family loved the friendliness and of course the pool.

Lovely apartment and service. Thoughtful furnishings, comfortable bedding and modern bathroom. Big swimming pool in the basement, nice view over the fjord to the Storsteinen.

There is literally nothing to complain about.

My stay was overall pleasant. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment throughout my stay. Additionally, the location was convenient, with a 15 mins walk easy to the city center and 5 mins walk to a supermarket.

There were a few minor drawbacks to mention, notably the uncomfortable mattress and overly soft pillows, which sometimes felt like there were none at all during sleep. However, despite these issues, the positive aspects of the hotel experience surpassed the negatives. I would still consider staying at the hotel again in the future.

The hotel was very nice and appeared to be newly renovated. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and the bathroom and bedrooms were adequately sized for our family of 4 (2 kids under 10). The kitchen area and living room were spacious, comfortable, and clean and housekeeping came by every day to straighten up the beds and provide fresh towels.

I only have 2 negatives about our stay; 1) it is a tad bit far from the downtown area and up a pretty steep hill. The first couple days walking up and down the hill to get into town wasn't bad but the end of our stay it was tiresome. 2) the front door locks after hours and the desk is unattended. We didn't realize this and took a northern lights tour only to return to our hotel exhausted at 1:00 am and unable to get into the building. We had to call a few different numbers from hotels owned by the same chain in the area to get a hold of someone and get the door code. This should be provided upon check-in with the wi-fi information as that is not an unusual activity to do while in Tromso.
