Beautiful hotel, great food, great staff.

Too many children. I took my grown-up children and their partners, we hoped the quiet pool was just for adults but unfortunately it wasn't. I felt that quiet pool should have been for adults only as there was plenty going on and room round the corner for young families, may be a quiet time at eating times just for adults would have been better.

Entertainment for children was fantastic. Everywhere was so well maintained. Exceptionally clean. Staff fantastic. Very attentive. Different themes for dinner each evening..busy pool area but never had a problem getting sunbeds. Kids activities throughout the week were great, huge water fight, pool games, a camping evening, kids disco, different show each evening. Rooms cleaned every day and towels changed if you want. 2 adults 2 small kids in a room, I imagine it's tight with bigger kids. Food a very good standard for all inclusive, everything fresh and replenished frequently, never waited for anything. Snack bar at the pool had icecream, sandwiches, fruit, drinks all day. Burgers & hotdogs in between lunch/dinner and there were some cold options late at night from fruit/cold meats/cheese etc

Got tired of the Food after 5 days. We ended up just doing breakfast & lunch and had dinner out in the evenings. They could put a smaller bouncing castle in just for children age 3 and under. Toddlers and 10 year olds in the same bouncing castle is an accident waiting to happen.

- the hotel was immaculate. The cleaners were absolutely on it, constantly cleaning. They do such a brilliant job, from the room cleans to the men collecting the cups around the pool. - the food - good variety with themed nights every night. - the room - very modern, clean and spacious. The beds were comfy enough. - the lifts - we read a lot of mixed reviews about the lifts. We never had a long wait. It is a really good system of floor allocation. Pool - although on the cooler side it wasn't enough to stop our 3 year old wanting to get in. - entertainment - not the best evening shows we have seen but the dancers/performers are great at what they do! The mini disco was loved by our 3 year old. - the shuttle bus to the old town was handy. - complimentary mini bar (if booked with booking.com)

- the extra charge for the bouncy castles etc. - people reserving sunbeds. Often being out for the whole day and coming back mid afternoon. There should be someone policing this and just chuck the towels off. - the cocktails weren't great, it would have been nicer had they not been pre mixed but appreciate it is a very big hotel with many guests and may not have the time to be making individual cocktails.

A brilliant family friendly hotel to stay at! The variety of foods and drinks available throughout the day was amazing. There were lots of activities for children to do throughout the day (kids club and pool side activities) and the kids disco at night was a huge hit. The waterslides were a huge hit with my children. The rooms are very modern and cleaned each day...we even got chocolates on our pillows every night. The rooftop bar has amazing views especially at sunset. All staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The free shuttle bus from the hotel to the old town was great too. I would go back and stay again in a heartbeat!

The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping staff seemed to work around the clock and room was always clean and tidy - spotless. Food was brilliant, pools were great and animation team were so full of energy. All the bars were always fully stocked with food and manned to make sure your drinks were topped up. Pools were so clean and plenty of sun loungers available. Every member of staff in the place ensured you had the best possible experience.

A small thing that could be improved could perhaps be a wider variation across the week of food but the volume of food was never in doubt, Another thing that's not really in the hotels control is the irish bar which is situated to the back of the hotel can be quite loud but the patio doors do block out alot of the noise, it just means if you have young children you can't leave this open which is a shame on the warmer nights.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful- every single person. I traveled with my mom and toddler, and there was a lot for my son to do. The rooms were big, comfortable, and clean.

The food was very hit-and-miss. The French themed dinner was everyone’s favorite but the American dinner was near inedible. The breakfast was the same each day and there was enough variety for each person to get something they liked. The spa was clean but the circuit spa pool was quite cold and the stream room kept getting shut off. There’s also a child’s time for entering the circuit spa part but these times we’re not adhered to unless you asked about it.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic.! Me and my family (kids of 5+ 10) had a great stay at this hotel. The room was brilliant and for some reason we were upgraded to a sea view room which the view was unbelievable. The food was brilliant, the selection was incredible for adults and children alike. Me personally I liked to try all the different cuisines each night which were lovely but i couldnt help but having a couple of slices of pizza from the pizza bar, it was AMAZING. The sunbeds situation was fine as you had to awake around 8:am to get sunbeds in an area which you preferred but there was never a lack of sunbeds. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL! The waiters were so kind and helpful aswell as being high in numbers. The all inclusive side if it was brilliant with branded drinks but the cup sizes were slightly on the small side but they were very strong in alcohol 🤪 The housekeeping team were amazing, they looked after our room keeping it clean and refilling our towels each night. filling up our mini bar every evening as my kids loved snacking and having a juice after a long hard day in the swimming pool\ water slides. The water slides were a very nice touch on the site of the park. Two things customers are unaware of is the fact there a lovely roof top bar which was nice to sit and have a lovely drink or two before we went for dinner. Also the spa has a deal from 6:30pm until it closes at 8pm which is €10 for 1 adult 1 child to use the facilities which is a great deal. On the whole the hotel is spectacular and exceeded all my expectations and would definitely recommend this hotel to for sure. What a lovely place this is and me and my kids absolutely loved every minute of this. 10\10

The bed was slightly on the firm side but on the whole the hotel exceeded me and my family's expectations.

Lovely location, and such a great all inclusive. Food was delicious and fun and drinks were available and tasty. All as described and worked very well for our family. Rooms were also pretty sound proof :) The staff were very friendly and all was great value.

The kids buffet was really disappointing--every night they would only offer fish fingers or chicken nuggets and fries. Part of being on holiday is having options to try something different, so this was disappointing that it was what was put in front of the children. The elevators (as written in there reviews) were quite slow and small and stuffy. I can imagine at summer in the high season it's long ques and very hot.

Lovely hotel with great facilities for the whole family with a good selection of drinks and food even for the picky eaters, rooms were lovely and spacious and were cleaned daily, we even had our mini fridge filled family with chocolates brought free of charged from booking direct would definitely come again

Not many complaints from us the only downside was the weather which was of course no fault of the hotels
