The hotel was placed right outside the old city walls, with relatively short distance to several facilities and historical locations. Although the pool was closed during my stay, one could get a good impression of how it would be during summertime. Also, it is a big plus in my book that it was possible to sneak into the restaurant to operate the coffee machine outside of closing time. It was probably not allowed though! Another big plus in my book is both the good service I got from the receptionist, and the room was excellent for doing remote work due to the size and placement of the table. I had no issue with the WiFi either - although I did not do any stresstest, just the usual videocalls and online work.

Not much to say here really. If pressed, I could perhaps say something about the corridors having many corners, or that several of the facilities were closed due to it being off-season. But basically, compared to other hotels I have stayed at, I do not really have much to complain about. Perhaps I could make a comment on the breakfast though. It had very little selection. And I wonder if the person in charge had a bad day at work the three days I were there. The questions about if one actually was staying at the hotel got a bit unnerving after a while. But those are minor details. He just did his job.

Very good location, near the city gate (outside the gate, but that's good, if you have a car). You could park car in front of the hotel, on the street or in the underground car parking. City centre is less than 10 min. on foot. Very new hotel with all modern equipment, big room, nice shower, very good breakfast. So, it was the best hotel during my trip in Alentejo (among 7 or 8 others). My recommendations.

Very good service and facilities particularly for a 3 star hotel. Staff were friendly and professional, and stood out as much better than usual for Alentejo. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Iron / ironing board, safe, tea / coffee, some hanging space, soap and shampoo all provided. Hotel bar and breakfast area also very good.

Room of good size, clean and comfortable. Staff rather cheerful and very helpful. Could park along the road outside the hotel free. We chose the secure underground parking of the hotel at €7.5 per day. Quiet neighborhood just outside the wall of the old city, quite close to the aqueduct.

New hotel and well finished. Our room was great with terrific shower. Easy parking outside on road in addition to hotel carpark. Breakfast very good. Definitely would stay again.

Hotel restaurant menu not to our liking so unfortunately went to Macdonalds.

Bed is very comfortable and the room is very good. Hotel facilities are also great. Breakfast is acceptable.

The room was not clean at all. A lot of dust sill from construction and the toilet had used towels and was not clean. The shower flow is also insufficient.

Great value for money. New facilities and elegant decor, super clean. Just outside the city walls (walking distance to all the main sites in the historical city centre).

Car park too narrow. Breakfast was good, but scrambled eggs were dry.

We were lucky to have a brand new hotel. This hotel was inaugurated in October 2024. Hope the hotel remains this way in the coming years to come. The staff was very cooperative. Great place to stay.

Excellent , well maintained , absolutely new hotel with perfectly designed room, very comfortable bed, very good facilities, tasty various breakfast, perfect location, friendly helpful staff. A wonderful place to stay at.
