We loved The Noble House. It was in an excellent location in the old town, and had a wonderful historic vibe with all the modern facilities needed for a good stay, like good wifi, plenty of electrical sockets in the room for charging devices etc. Including a coffee maker and free water in the room. Breakfast was delicious too, with lots of choices. *Insider tip: don't go to the later breakfast slot as things have started to run out by then. The staff worked really hard to replenish, but earlier breakfast goers had really gone for it! We would return. Highly recommended.

Parking is a little tricky, but we were lucky as we got there on a Saturday, so there was free parking nearby. Also, it was super hot when we were there, nearly 38 degrees, so more free water in the room would have been very welcome.

Great find in the old town of Évora. Location: Perfect for exploring Évora. You can walk to all of the major, and minor, sights of the old town. They have a small car park, which we managed to use without problem in a large Renault Espace. Park up for the duration and enjoy wandering around. Service: Excellent. Warm welcome and given all the info we needed about the hotel, taken to our room and amenities explained, offered help with luggage, offered info about Évora and the sights to see. Rooms: We stayed in the Garden Suite. Unique, atmospheric with the old walls incorporated into the decor. Spotlessly clean. Coffee machine but no kettle. Large bathroom with good hot water, large walk-in shower, sufficient good towels and amenities. Some road noise, but not intrusive enough to disturb or keep us awake at night. It has it's own enclosed courtyard/garden - perfect when travelling with your pet. Breakfast: not a vast array, but quality excellent and more than sufficient to set you up for the day. If travelling with your pet, he can accompany you to the terrace for breakfast. The Hotel: It's a wonderful old building. They've retained a lot of the original features which are interesting and beautiful. Be aware that it is located in the conservation area of the old town and thus they are not allowed to install a lift. There are stairs everywhere, and if you struggle with stairs, this place is not for you. But if you manage stairs fine, then I recommend this hidden gem wholeheartedly.

Staff was exceptional, even by the high standards set by all the hotel staff persons we met in other accommodations we stayed in Portugal. Excellent location for experiencing the beauty of E’vorra.

Due to our ages-75 and 78-we would have preferred a room lower in the hotel; we had not thought to request that when making our reservation. We will request that on future stays. That said, the room was very comfortable and we made it a point of humor every time we went up and down the 24 steps.

absolutely brilliant, extremely comfortable, supreme room dream view amazing old building, get the supreme room upstairs lots of space and privacy too with a view super silence, huge bathroom too couch, work place separate division.

Only downside of this particular room there was a slightly bad smell in the bathroom from water sewage, but everything was super clean.

Family room with view over the church was stunning including the rooftop terrace. Kitchenette was great option with decent supplies. Location is perfect to discover Evora by foot. Staff is helpful, always ready to support with carrying luggage in the stairs.

Short staff which impacted breakfast serving and the food choice was limited but of good quality

The description of this hotel does not do it justice. Wonderful facility, friendly and professional staff, large rooms, great breakfast, majestic view of the cathedral, and epic air conditioning. Nothing to complain about. We had a suite in the new wing if the hotel. Perfect for a family!

Booked this as it had parking. Didn't realise there were only 6 spaces which couldn't be reserved and had to do a tour out of walled town then back in to find somewhere to park which wasn't very convenient

Gorgeous old building, very clean and fresh but retaining original features from the past 400 years. Huge room with 17c tiling, great staff. Very good breakfast.

Water scolding hot, maybe 60+ degrees C. Difficult to adjust. Maybe on next major refit change tap type to one with a mixer? <very minor point, everything brilliant>

The location in the old city was fantastic. The hotel itself dates way back and the old charm is evident everywhere on the property. It offers many places to relax with a drink from the bar.

The parking is limited. You can reserve a space, but we didn't know that and there was no parking for us so we had to find a spot on the street.

We were in one of the apartments and the next room was not occupied. The place is very pretty, super good taste in decoration and we loved it. Breakfast was very good and location great as well.
