The hotel: I was given a corner room which was much much bigger than expected. I have stayed with easy hotels in other countries before and I knew to expect a tiny room, which was also what was pictured when I made this booking. HOWEVER, I was given a very spacious corner room on the fifth floor, with a changing area, desk spaces, and a large shower room. There was zero street noise at night in the room, though I did request a quiet room at the time of booking. The most important factor for me is cleanliness and I was very pleased at how clean the room and bathroom was. There are two lifts to all floors. Nice and quiet air conditioning. Hotel staff: Staff were helpful and speedy. On the last day I requested to leave my luggage with reception before heading out, I had checked out early and had a later flight so I had some time to spend in the city. The gentleman behind the reception desk kindly allowed me to store my luggage for free, he explained it is usually 5 euros for 2 bags, but as I only had one bag they would store it for free. Overall nice and friendly service. The location: wonderful location and main reason I booked this hotel. It is a short 10-15 min walk from Marques De Pombal metro station which I used every day to explore the city. You are only a few stops away from the busier city centre with loads of nice restaurants, cafes, and sightseeing. The lovely Príncipe Real neighborhood which offers great views over lisbon is walkable from the hotel. You can walk it to main town centre and squares if you like a longer walk and a hike. While it is not on a hill, there is still a slope on the road leading up to the hotel from the metro so do be aware, but it is fine and comfortable to do in flat shoes. Very safe location, it is literally just off Avenida which is a lovely long boulevard of designer and high end brands. Avenida metro station is also not far.

The adjoining little cafe does not accept card, only cash. There are not many restaurants or nice cafes in the immediate location. The lifts make a little beep noise which can be annoying if you are right next to one and trying to sleep, though the sound is not loud enough to wake you. The doors are not soft closing, and if people are not considerate there is a lot of slamming noise. The main issue in my room was that the drainage noise was very loud, you could hear rooms upstairs flushing, showering, and turning their vents on. The overall drainage sounds well very loud. You can also hear people drying their hair. There needs to be much better sound proofing. This will not be a problem for you if you sleep late, but if you want to have an early night it will be very loud.

The location was fantastic, easily walkable to the city center. The room was nice, comfortable, very clean and with a nice view on the main street , but quiet as well.The personnel was gentle and friendly. There were limited parking positions, but on a low fair we were lucky and had one on the underground of the building.For sure, I recommend this hotel and we will certainly revisit it.

The double bed was quite small in width.An other slight issue was that the rooms’ doors were not closing softly and if guests didn’t consider it, there was a lot of slamming noise.

Facility was very clean, personnel very friendly and helpful, easy access to downtown, less than 10 min walk down the road. The same applies to other locations like /subway/train/bus/airport. Hotel is a block away from a major subway station and a short ride from the airport. Lots of eateries around covering any price range. There is a grocery store/supermarket across the street. Hosts can get breakfast on the ground floor for a decent price, this establishment isn't affiliated with the hotel, but it is a life saver if you want to grab something for breakfast and get a good cup coffee before your day starts. Couldn't think of anything better; from pastries to sandwiches, juices etc.

The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to great food and easy to get around from here. Just a few blocks from the metro. This is a very clean place to stay. This is a no frills place. Only a comfortable place to sleep and shower in between enjoying the city. The bed was comfortable for me and the AC worked great. I suggest higher floors for less outside noise. I can sleep through an earthquake, but light sleepers would want to be higher. The staff was very helpful and nice.

as many people in other reviews have said, the shower seals leak so the floor gets wet. not a major deal, but can be annoying. I wish they had safes in the room.

Room was a good size, modern and had everything I needed. Overall good value for money The location is excellent, 5 walk to the nearest metro station, walkable distance to the city centre and plenty of facilities nearby. I would definitely stay here again

Wi-Fi was poor, connection was slow but ok the first day, then phone just couldn't connect or was constantly kicked off the network. I was fortunate as I had other options, but it would have been annoying if you relied on the hotel wi-fi. Even though I didn't hang the "please clean my room" sign on the door, towels were replaced daily, I don't think this is particularly environmentally sustainable and unnecessary for a four night stay (unless requested). Bathroom had a slight mouldy smell - and I found the timed basin tap to be weird, annoying and wasteful

I had a lovely stay at the Easyhotel. It is well located in Lisbon city centre. The room was nice and clean. Housekeeping came everyday and provided us with fresh towels. The staff was lovely and helpful. There’s a cafe next door to the hotel to grab breakfast. The hotel is only about 20 mins way from the airport. I booked this trip for my friend’s birthday and I asked them if they could do something, they actually bought her a slice of cake and wrote her a lovely note which I thought was so kind of them. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nothing I loved everything

We stayed in February and room was very warm, even heating turned off. For someone it could be hard to deal with it as there was only 1 window opening and even with it, still warm. We were not able to decrease temperature less than 23 degree even with windows opened. Beside that, room was clean, mattress and pillows enough comfortable. Reception was always helpful, working 24 h, let me check in 2-3 hours before time, keep my luggage for free. Cleaning was done daily. Might sound weird, butI enjoyed taking shower. Temperature was stable. Water pressure was very good even we were in 6th floor. Sound isolation was also satisfying. Speaking shortly, I didn't felt any discomfort during my stay. For short stay I am recommending this room. A lot of restaurants and cafés nearby, metro in a walking distance 7 min. For this budget it was quite nice

There was no room for storage, nothing near the bed, only one small table and one small shelf for small luggage. It was very annoying. We were always lacking place to put our stuff. But in general room was small. Bathroom was equipped with all basic stuff that you need, but sink was a bit annoying. You have to press button every 15 seconds for the water to flow. Also, ventilation was quite bad, probably "natural" ventilation, but not with motor, which was causing high humidity in room after shower

Great value for money! The room and bathroom were big enough and clean. We had a triple room with a double bed and a sinle which was a proper bed. Prefect if you look for somewhere to stay in Lisbon near the centre. The room was quite, we had a good night sleep both nights. It is not a luxury hotel but it meets all the standards for a city break hotel.

The only thing that could be better would be that some water was coming out of the shower, specially when opening the shower door and the bathroom floor ended always wet. The pillow was also not the confiest, very high and only one pillow.

The location is great…a short walk and you are in the fanciest street of Lisbon (Gucci, Lv, Armani…) and just 20 min (walk) from the city center. The hotel was extremely clean, the cleaning staff even cleaned our room and change towels without asking it. Wifi, TV, Soap, Shower Gel…all included. There is a cafeteria next to the hotel which offers breakfast for €5,49 (100% natural orange juice, coffe, bread with ham and cheese…super delicious). The bed was super comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The staff service was super nice and let us to check in one hour before and offered a late check out at 12:00 hrs (low season…maybe :)). We had an amazing time in Lisbon and I can recommend you this hotel as an affordable and practical option :)

Staff excellent, especially the gentleman who checked me in, he never told me his name but I remember him! Small café next door excellent for breakfast. Excellent transport links with Marques de Pombal right nearby, metro and buses especially frequent. Rooms are clean and modern, no nonsense, just how I like it!

Toilet seat very thin, uncomfortable to sit on for extended periods. Rooms very small, not bothersome for first night or two, definitely grows on you as stay progresses. However, this can also be seen as a plus, why it is so reasonably priced!
