The hotel is situated in a convenient location to access transportation to most attractions. The option to include breakfast with your stay is a must. The breakfast is a all you can eat buffet with a very good selection of protein, fruits, pastries and drinks. Every morning we could have a full breakfast before heading out to discover the city. Truly a nutritious way to start the morning and time saver. The room is well equipped and relatively new.

We got an accessibility friendly room which we did not need and the toilet were of a "special" kind that we were not used to and it was problematic for men to use. It would have been ideal if they were mindful when making these room assignments are there were other vacant rooms in the hotel. The window would pop open by itself if not closed carefully resulting in hot air coming in during the summer.

Very friendly staff, in general everything working well. Excellent, really really good breakfast, also appreciate the coffee maker, slippers and a bathrobe in the room. Although the location is a good half an hour walk from the historic centre, the metro and buses can take you everywhere very quickly (direct lines to Santa Apolonia and Rossio and Cais do Sodre stations, Amoreiras shopping center, one change to airport).

The superior room I'd booked was light and spacious. Everything was spotlessly clean. My room overlooked a back yard, and I could sleep with my window open. It was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was nice choice. The bathroom was spacious enough (if a little too green in colour, for my taste), and the water pressure of the shower was great. The location was ideal – away from the touristy centre, but still central enough, with Metro and bus stops, restaurants and cafés all less than 5 minutes’ walk away.

The street down to the hotel was a bit dirty, with rubbish strewn across the pavement every day. But that's not the hotel's fault. Even though it was a quiet side street, I still felt perfectly safe walking there at night as a lone female.

Excellent stay; clean, modern, with friendly staff who spoke perfect English and were very helpful. Quite at night, bed was comfortable. Overall a good location, near a Metro stop and in a less-touristy part of Lisbon, but still about a twenty minute downhill walk to the main tourist attractions. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety and hot food. It was included in my room price so I can't speak to the value of it.

Hotel was a little hard to find. It is near a Metro station but you have to cross busy streets to get there.

The location was really good .The staff were friendly ,the breack fast didn't have much variety but adequate.

The room was a bit small. Part of the closet door was blocked by the furnirure , making it hard to reach inside and properly use the drawers . The bathroom glass door was heavy and hard to use.

The location was perfect for this trip as it was close to the government offices for our appointment. The room was spacious and bright, excellent lighting, power shower and fast internet. Sound proofing was very good too. Enough English TV channels too. The Aircon worked fine. Plenty of restaurants in the area and easy to walk to Pombal metro station. The Reception staff were super friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the beds were too hard to us. If we were staying more than one night, I would have requested an extra duvet for padding. Maybe the hotel might consider offering memory foam toppers to guests, on request. The coffee at breakfast was filtered and weak for Portuguese standards.

Loved the location. Central but not in the heart of the tourist area. Close to great shopping to the north & south, and some great authentic local places to eat that you won't find on travel blogs. The room was really spacious, the shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was always good and the late night bar was handy after being out for one final nightcap.

The room service was very good, the sheets and the towels were changed daily and the room was very clean. Breakfast has good variety. The hotel is located in a good area close to metro station Marques De Pombal.

Staff was ex ellent helpful courteous and location is good but they charged me 8 Euros for a bottle if water which i find is is Ripoff Breskfast was great Rest was great and next time i will bring my own water It will be good if they supply free coffee in the room

The hotel was spotless, breakfast was great and staff were so helpful. They went above their call of duty to help us. It was very quiet and ideal for a good night's sleep.

While it was a good walk from the centre it was fine walking into town but a little uphill on the way back. However, we used Ubers for our journey back which were only s few euros.
