This was a perfect choice! I spend lots of time to find a good place to stay in Lisbon that would be easy reachable from the airport, close to public transport, city center and main atractions, in reasonable price and with a specific minimum comfort of rooms. This hotel matched all criteria and thanks to the staff exceeded my expectations. We have received a spacious, confortable room with a nice window view. Bathroom was spotless clean and houskeepin did a great job every day. There was plenty of room to unpack our clothes. Breakfasts were very good with variety of bread, pastries, and fruit. All in all we would definately recommend this hotel to everyone who would like to visit Lisbon. Thank you very much for your gift for my husband's birthday and your kind wishes!

We stayed 3 nights in the deluxe room for a super affordable price. The room was perfect: a huge comfortable bed, with 4 pillows, 2 cushions, and another extra pillow inside the wardrobe; mirrors everywhere, super hot water and high pressure, everything very clean and organised. The breakfast was also great, a variety of breads, fruits, and some Portuguese pastries too. The hotel is located less than 5 minutes from the metro.

Just be aware that the building next to the hotel is going through a reform, and in the morning, after 9 a.m., more or less, you will surely hear the workers and the noise of a contruction. It's not a problem if you will spend the day outside, though.

The hotel is close to Praça do Marquês de Pombal and, more importantly, Parque Eduardo VII, a great place for a morning run with a beautiful panoramic view of Lisbon. The hotel offers comfortable rooms and excellent service, and you can start each day with a delicious breakfast. An essential feature of the hotel is its location right next to a metro station, making travelling around Lisbon extremely simple and quick.

I want to say that the stay was utterly flawless, and it almost was. The only negative remark that does not affect the final rating is that the hotel rooms need a minor refresh, but from what I noticed; renovations are ongoing.

Our stay in the hotel was genial, all was what we love to experience in a hotel. When we arrived, the suitcases were taken to the room, the Check-in was easy and friendly. Explanation about the hotel, map, surroundings and room. Breakfast was great, the room had a good view, was spacious and comfortable and also the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is good equiped, a little small, but well functioning. We have had a really good stay in hotel dom carlos park!

The temperature in the hotel was a little high and not individual ajustable.

The Hotel is located in a 1960's building which makes a bit old and not too charming or with any special character yet it is quite well maintained and looked after so there is no issue about it. It's located at the edge of the city centre and near a metro station so it's easy to get around either by walking or by public transport. There was a very nice breakfast included. I was working from room one of the days and the wifi was among the best I had in any hotels. Overall it was a really good value for money.

On arrival I wanted to turn on the air condition as the room was a bit stuffy. It seems like the air condition is not really working (was just a bit of room temp air coming out). I didn't care much as the temperatures were very pleasant during my stay and I could open the window instead, but I can see how it can be an issue if you stay during the summer. There was also seems to be a bit issue in the shower with switching the water to the shower head but that wasn't really important.

There was still some construction that was going on when we stayed there October 2022. It didn't bother us at all as we were up by 7:30 - 8:00 and out of the hotel after breakfast. Not the hotel's fault. The location was perfect due to accessibility to the Metro and a bus stop which were a short walk from the hotel. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful with the luggage. The room was clean (and done daily as well) upon arrival. Breakfast buffet was much appreciated although I thought that the room rate was on the higher end. While there was an ample selection, just a suggestion that maybe they could change the choices a bit. We stayed for 6 nights so I noticed this. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant Lisbon stay.

I know this is an older hotel and it was just strange that there was this column right in the middle of the room. They did their best to arrange the beds so that there was access to viewing the TV despite the strangeness of the position of that column. I also noticed that there was a lot of water wasted when showering. Despite switching from the faucet to the shower (by pulling the lever), a lot of water was still coming out of the faucet, as much if not more than what came out of the shower.

Breakfast was good. Location of the hotel was in the center of Lisbon, close to metro station Marquez de Pombal and close to famos Avenida de Liberdade.

The reception, bar and lobby were in good condition, but the rooms need to be refurbished. The bathroom as well needs an update.The furniture in the room is too old. The sound at the 8th floor, may be ventilation, was always disturbing, day and night. The noise from the building across the hotel, which is under construction was as well annoying. At the check in they didn't informed me that I have to pay the bottle of 1l water, which was left in the room by the housekeeper, everyday... I checked out early and they don't pack breakfast.

I couldn't find any points, but my last night they were vacuuming cleaning the hallway at 7.00 am and accidentally bumped into my door. The thoughts are good and to rate them worse for that is unjustified, but its something to reconsider if its smart to clean so early in the morning while some guests are still sleeping.

Spacious, clean room with very good water pressure for shower. The hotel left us a nice note apologising for the construction work outside but the soundproofing in the rooms is so good you barely notice it anyway! Reasonable selection of food at breakfast. Check in and out were quick and easy with professional staff throughout our stay.

AC in the room didn't work very well. Even when at the coldest setting and fan on fast we kept waking in the middle of the night from the heat. There aren't enough tables for breakfast so there was always a queue waiting for people to finish no matter what time we went.
