This is the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious - I was in the one with just 4 girls and we had our own bathroom. I was able to sleep the entire day in the privacy and comfort of my bunk, after a ton of traveling. The staff prepares hearty meals and snacks in the evening and it’s all free. I didn’t have a chance to go on an organized tour but there’s a free one for Lisbon, pub crawls, and one you can pay for going to Sintra.

Can’t think of anything except the lockers are pretty small. But there’s ample room for luggage on the floors.

I've been travelling around Europe for 35 days and so far it's the best hostel I've ever stayed. The girl at the reception is soooo cute and she showed me around every corner of the place. The vibe and atmosphere is amazing. 6 mixed room is spacious. AC is good. There's a cook in the kitchen and there's allllllways free food all day long(besides the breakfast). She will invite everyone not to miss it. Pasta, tapas, bifana, soup………daily dish is different and each is delicious. When I check-out, the cook even remembered me and said goodbye to me. I will definitely miss this place. And they have different activity to join in every day.

Great staff, nice people which brings the "good fellow" atmosphere, amazing breakfast. I did not like the low number of bathrooms and the confort of the bed, but everything was clean and nice

Staff were EXCELLENT - super friendly, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was good - a good spread of food. Hostel common areas / amenities were splendid - various types of spaces to hang out in and enjoy either alone or with other hostelites. Location very convenient - a short 20-25min walk from the city centre, and right next to major bus stops and a metro station. Our room was very clean overall, and thankfully my bunk mates were all very quiet and respectful (I was in a 4-person female dorm). Would definitely recommend and come back again!

The communal bathrooms could be cleaner (wet floors, hair on ground). Location could be _slightly_ closer (by walking) to the city centre?? But honestly it wasn't a big deal at all. Perhaps a slightly earlier breakfast (say, 7am) to accommodate those who have tours starting at 8am in other parts of the city (to allow for time to walk to the starting location, which is usually in the city centre). That said, the staff did their very best to make an exception and provide an earlier-ish breakfast when I requested - which I truly deeply appreciate!!

The location is great, close to the metro and accessible to the centre. The staff was super friendly and always happy to help with anything, they even let me borrow a blowdryer. I was really impressed with breakfast, which is free, there were even pancakes with fruits! The hostel has several bathrooms, but I would have liked a bit more shelves to put things on in the bathrooms, when you're getting ready. The room is good but has old furniture. There is a locker which is operated with a coin, but little other storage space. I liked that there was a place to hang clothes. Both: the room and bathrooms were clean. The hostel has themed evening activities if anyone wants to hang-out there and it feels like they try really hard to create a sense of community. They also have a ton of recomendations for daytrips and things to see, and you can book some trips at the reception.

With limited storage space the room felt a bit messy, because of all of our luggage. The lockers are useful, but loud - especially during the night. The room was clean, but the older furniture makes it seem less so. No shelves in the bathroom to put things on.

I put 10 and all smiley faces.. I'm not a bot, I was just in lust with this hostel! Staff were super friendly, patient, and informative! I felt like the location was pretty close to everything that I wanted to see within lisbon. But travelling around the city is easy and cheap. The information on activities and sights is probably the best I have ever seen. They have detailed maps, pictures, and suggestions on food and bars. They offer a really decent free breakfast, coffee, tea, fruits, etc. Common room areas are super inclusive, have heaps of charging points for your devices, and feel like a home. The shower facilities are great. They also allow you to shower and freshen up before you can check in - if early and after you check out when you are going to leave. The beds are methodically thought of and have curtains, small fan, light, and power sources for devices. They have purposely made wide wooden stairs to get to the top bunk instead of a ladder. Lockers in the room are a decent size. Easily fit my medium/large backpack. Rooms had aircon, the city was quite cool though so you could get away with having the window open (on the second floor)

I put 10's because I couldn't fault this place.. Honestly, I can't think of anything negative!

Pros: hot water & good showers, comfortable bed with privacy curtain, fully stocked kitchen, good wifi for working remote, some friendly and helpful staff, Bread & pancakes for breakfast. Always bread snacks in the kitchen

There’s no real area that’s comfortable to work remotely in. The common area isn’t very comfortable if you have to work long hours. They might not be used to people that have to work remotely The toilets are with the showers so it was a little annoying if you only had to use the toilet. But there’s other bathrooms you can find. A few of the staff didn’t like me because I would work long hours or I would make my own breakfast . They would look and stare at me. It made me feel uncomfortable Someone ate all my eggs, even though my name was clearly marked on it. I know this doesn’t reflect on the hostel but still upset it happened

1. Staff were warm, welcoming, super helpful, they know Everything to make your stay and trip in Lisboa the best!!! 2. Free dinner: This was a great surprise, they prepare dinner on some random days during the week and it’s by the wat delicious, sandwiches, soups, pasta or tapas, could be anything one any day, they’ll tell the guest in advance. 3. The place: lots of cozy areas where to have a good talk with other travelers, rest, relax or even work if needed. 4. Location: is just close to the main street that takes you everywhere walking, like Plaza do Comercio, George Castle, other public transport very close like buses or metro if you prefer those. 5. Rooms are super clean, mine was a 4 beds girl room with private bathroom. 6. Breakfast: Last but not least they have nice options for food in breakfast, smiley pancakes, juice, soy milk or regular, free coffee machine, fruits, cheese and jam :) buffet mostly accompanied by happy staff speaking to guests or even dancing!!! Such a great start for the day!

7. Nothing, my only complain is I couldn’t stay more. Thanks for everything, you’re all rockstars!

I really like the lively vibes here (but not too much like a party hostel). There were daily activities to join, various maps and recommendations, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts and suppers (a pleasant surprise!) were great and a good time to chat with other travellers. Our room was very spacious and the beds big and comfortable (I also appreciate the privacy curtains), and there was a private bathroom but we could use the common ones too. The place was cleaned daily. Excellent WiFi. Lastly, wonderful location, the area felt safe and peaceful, and was super near Marques de Pombal station and with supermarkets and some restaurants nearby.

The coin-operated lockers and room door were noisy. Our room had a window which was directly above the front door, whenever people smoked there, the smoke would waft in. Sounds would also come in which wasn’t normally an issue, but there was once when people chatted and laughed loudly till after midnight, which was especially loud in the silence of the night. I’d say bring earplugs but the occasional cigarette smoke can’t be helped for that room I guess.

I booked a female only room with 4 beds. Staff were kind and welcoming, the room was spacious, the kitchen was clean and common areas were comfy. 2 nights out of 4 there was free food, thanks! The breakfast was tasty and there was someone making fresh pancakes. You can rent towels for €1 for the whole stay, the bed is comfortable and has a light and a universal plug and a small private locker. The street is quiet at night. I left my backpack for half a day in the storage room, free of charge!

The private toilet needed a deep clean, under the toilet seat it was clear it wasn’t cleaned properly. On the other hand, communal bathrooms were super clean and always smelled of disinfectant! I would suggest to add extra lockers in the room, as when coming back at night, pulling the bags in and put was a bit of a struggle and noisy for the other guests as the lockers are narrow.
