The room was comfortable. In a great location with Parque Eduardo across the road. Plenty of restaurants nearby and roughly a ten minute walk to the centre of it all. The reception staff and housekeepers and ladies that worked in breakfast all had smiles on their faces everyday and did not hesitate if you needed some help. Reception know how to get around the city too. €2 bus ride to Cristo Rei and that is well worth the visit, what a view.

Silly things really, wished there was another pillow on the bed (however I could of asked but didn't) also the toilet flush worked but had to get the right way to make it fill back up with water. Didnt ruin my stay though.

Liked the hotel because of various reasons: perfect location, service, value for money, family-friendly place. The staff is very friendly and helpful.👌 I would recommend the hotel to a friend.👍

The hotel needs some aesthetic and modern decor upgrades such as some rooms, the lounge area, maybe the hotel needs more light. Also, they need to open the bar and extend the restaurant time to serve lunch and evening dinners. It would be helpful. Overall, my family and I loved the stay, it was good.

A special mention re Staff Nawaz. He was truly amazing, commendable and helpful in every way. Good breakfast spread to start the day. Excellent location. Walkable to tourist attractions. Near metro, bus stops and 2 supermarkets. Easy access to Lisbon airport. Paid €4/pax on Bus 744 from Lisbon Airport to Hotel. N €2/pax on Bus 744 from Hotel to Lisbon Airport. Clean and comfy rooms.

Everything was good, Perfect location, bed was comfortable get bath and small fridge to keep cold water and beer😉 air conditioning working perfect, have my room cleaned and fresh towels every day, staff was so nice and Thanks for the girls on breakfast that brought me ice ever single morning, I was so happy with my stay I really like the hotel

Breakfast was excellent. Breakfast started between 7:00 am to 10:00 am . Location was very very excellent and Porsche area and metro station is walking distance and only 1/2 mins from hotel . One problem is that , Toilet commode place is very very small that we can not sit on commode properly . Shower was okay , but room rent was per day 100 euro over , I think it was little bit expensive. We stayed 2 nights ( August 3 and checked out August 5 , 2022 . Hotel staff , reception ppl are very helpful . If we visit Lisbon again , we wish to stay here . Thanks , Paarvez Anwar from Bangladesh.

Better is location and room comfy .

Even the room was a bit little, it completly satisfied our queries. The reception was always available for any question and services needed, as to ask for places, transport, microwave, etc...

we went to Lisbon for a stag, 4 mates just having some fun and eating good fun. we wanted a central hotel that was cheap and that's what we got. This hotel is just off the main shopping street in Lisbon and while basic we got what we expected, cheap accommodation centrally located. aircon worked, hot water, and a cleanroom. I won't be taking my GF to stay here but for 4 mates it was perfect. I liked the memory foam pillows, I liked that a basic breakfast was included, I also liked that I didn't have to check out till 12 on Monday.

The beds could have been a little comfier.

The bathroom not only was too small but it didn’t have towels hangers neither a place to put soap and shampoo inside the shower

Breakfast and staff are nice. Rooms are a bit let down, but the staff of this hotel it's five stars. Bathroom it is tiny, but it is OK. Power shower was very strong so that was perfect. Location it's excellent at 3 minutes metro station.
