The hotel is located only 5 minutes from the city center. You can reach the main city attractions by foot (about 10 minutes). The room is very big, clean, comfortable. Bathroom very clean and the shower so big. The hotel is located in a street with no noise, so you can sleep really good. Staff is so kind, nice. WIFI perfect without any issue. I have not used breakfast so I cannot tell anything about that.

The breakfast is excellent!They offer excellent choice and varieties of breakfast buffet.The personnel is polite and very attentive.We would recommend this hotel . the hotel has great location and we would go back to this hotel it was our second time staying there.

For a 4 star hotel it should have more amenities in the room.Normally the 4 star hotel have a hair conditioner and we have expected this one to have as well but it was one thing that its missing,We have book a room with balcony and we have been expected to have chairs and a small table on the balcony.

The room was clean and very spacious.

the roof top terrace was pretty wrecked. The furniture was not usuable at all.

I had stayed in this hotel before (it is a good sign that I returned) and the hotel again met my expectations. It has a good garage for the car and the access when arriving to Porto through the Arrabida Bridge is straightforward. Exiting the town through the same bridge is also straightforward. It is not very near the old center but you can walk to Rua da Cedofeita (where you have pastry shops and a supermarket) in about 10 minutes and to Avenida dos Aliados in less than 30 minutes, so it is not prohibitively far. The Boavista circus is also relatively near. There are several antiques shops in the street and a few not particularly exciting restaurants nearby. Room was large with a veranda and the Daikin air conditioning was fully adjustable once I understood the ways of the beautiful but mystifying control. Price was OK, particularly when compared to the silly prices of some 2 and 3-star hotels nearer Avenida dos Aliados. Breakfast is very good.

This hotel is excellent. It’s modern and has wonderful decor, with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I particularly appreciated the quiet room and black-out curtains which are often missing from other hotels. This helped me to sleep really well. It was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and happy to help with our requests. The breakfast was good. It’s close enough to the centre and Ubers are a very reasonable cost, taking only 10 minutes to reach the main areas of central Porto. I would book this hotel again on my return to Porto, and also recommend it to others.

We were driving and wanted a hotel with parking in the building, easily accessible when arriving from Lisbon and within walking distance from the town center. This one met all these requirements and in less than 10 minutes we could walk along the antiquarian's street to Rua da Cedofeita. Going back to the highway was similarly easy, avoiding the queues in the streets of Central Porto I am sick and tired of hotels who state they have own parking and then direct us to some public parking nearby. This one has its own reasonably large parking in the basement, with direct lift access and for a fair price. Breakfast very good indeed.

Well, of course if it was somewhat cheaper or a few hundred yards up the same street, and therefore nearer the center, it would have been better, but neither can we ask for a Lexus at the price of a Trabant! Having said that, we cannot really point to anything negative.

This place was clean, the staff was super friendly and they were able to accommodate me at a last minute notice. I even canceled a booking there and they have a no cancel policy and they worked with me on it and I just ended up booking it anyway. The fact that they were willing to go that extra mile meant a lot to me.

The only thing I didn't care for was the location. It's not super far from stuff but you do have to walk to see anything interesting. So it's not terrible but it's the thing where taking an Uber or a taxi isn't practical and everything is just far enough away to where it's like a 15 to 20 minute walk depending on where you're going.

Very clean and stylish, staff were really friendly and helpful. Good location and in a safe area, appreciated the 24/7 reception.

The fan in the bathroom didn’t work and the room steamed up after each shower, would be really useful to fix this as the AC ventilation system was good in the bedroom but didn’t help the steam clear in the bathroom. We also had an issue with the bathroom light that it sometimes would only turn on if the main bedroom light was on which didn’t help in the night.

The rooms were spotless and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. What truly stood out, though, was the staff—everyone we encountered was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly stay here again!”

The hotel is excellent. The room was great, we booked a junior suite and it did not disappoint. The location is good as well, despite the distance to the city center. Breakfast was gorgeous, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I suggest booking a parking space at the hotel in advance. I would definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Porto.
