I loved this hostel. Honestly one of the best ones I've ever stayed in. Very elegant and modern. The breakfast is soooo yummy. The size of the room is great with a desk in the room. There's a cool game room and terrace and a full bar(even though I didn't use it). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, walking distance to everything I wanted to see in Porto and plenty of restaurants.

A girl in my room got me sick (not the hostels fault).... if you are very sick(coughing/sneezing/blowing your nose) YOU NEED TO WEAR A MASK. Be considerate of other people.

I don't know where to start: excellent location, impeccable cleanliness (both of the rooms and of the common areas), very comfortable beds, breakfast like being in a hotel, a high-level bar and restaurant. Towels are included. Always free water. Mariana, the girl who works in the bar, was an excellent adviser of places to eat and to visit ... and the passion for her work left me impressed! If I go back to Porto, I would not look for any other place to stay!

Nothing... maybe I would recommend a few more activities to encourage meetings between guests, but it's really just a piece of advice, not a criticism!

The rooms are very clean, there are 2 toilets and 2 showers for 6 people. Also there is a shared fully equipped kitchen and an entertainment room with Netflix. All perfect, the staff was very nice.

The floor of the room sounds very loud, waking up the room, and there is no lift/elevator, so you will have to climb many stairs.

The location of the hostel is great. I really enjoyed the neighborhood and it’s within walking distance to all the sights. The breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of options. Everything was new and clean.

Suggestions: privacy curtains for bed, place to dry laundry as not all clothes can go into the dryer Note to male travellers: 3 different guys in the mixed dorm changed inside the room and walked around shirtless with only a towel. Women cannot do the same in shared spaces. It’s not the hostels fault and they offered to help me talk to them. The guys understood and changed their behaviour when confronted. It could be a more feminist policy to offer the same price for female only dorms as for mixed dorms. It shouldn’t be the burden of women to pay extra just because men don’t know how to behave reflectively of their male privilege in a shared space.

The rooms were very modern and cleaned everyday. You are able to get breakfast as well and it is pretty decent I would say! Although since you are in Porto I do recommend having breakfast in one of the many coffee shops around. The staff are incredibly nice and welcoming! My check-in and check-out was super pleasant! There are walking tours that the hotel offers! Although I was not able to join one it is nice to know that it is there if you would like to join. You also have a bar at the hostel which is very nice!

I do have to mention that there is no lift so, if you have a lot of luggage maybe not ideal. I had a backpack only so I was very chill with the lack of lift. The bathrooms are cleaned every morning which is very nice but, if you do arrive a lil later in the day after people have showered, it will not be clean and a little off-putting as not everyone cleans up after themselves... Bring your flip flops and it will all be breezy. Although I do wish to recommend to the hostel to put bathroom matts as after a shower the floor will all be wet and leave it more dirty than it should.

Would easily stay here again and would recommend the place to anyone in Porto. The staff were fantastic, always smiling. The best staff that I've had at a hostel. The reception is open 24/7 which is key because I arrived at around 8pm and they were always helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, good options and very filling. My roommates were great. It's located near a main shopping center so I had shopping ease and freedom. The housekeeping was very good, they came in teams of 3 and it was quick and thorough. There is a restaurant on site, also nice. Finding the place was easy. There is a bar in the facility. Also there is a lounge area with a TV, Computer and board games. The receptionist gave me a good intro to the place and recommended the walking tour which I did and enjoyed.

The hot water temperature is waaaaay too hot. I could have easily have burned myself. In addition the temperature dial is too sensitive. It transitions from cold to blistering hot in fractions of a millimeter turn. I spent a lot of time in the shower fidgeting with the temperature dial. There is only 1 hook on the shower stall to hang your clothes so my clothes were usually on the floor. My dorm was on the 4th floor. The floorboards are noisy.

Beautiful hostel, very clean, chic, AMAZING breakfast, comfy beds, and friendly staff. I stayed in a 4 beds room with a great layout. There was a foyer before getting to the room, separating the 2 private bathrooms and lockers. So if there was someone sleeping, other guest could arrive, use the washroom, access their locker without disturbing someone's sleep. Definitely the best hostel that I've been/seen.

As the bulding is old, the sounds can travel easily. My room was right above their bar and we could totally listen the music, a bit loud, in the room. The music can go until a bit late, maybe around 12:30am. Besides that everything was perfect.

very clean! really clean! good smell(especially towel), bedding& all space is really clean! good location! so many too many attractive store(paintings, cloths, goods, socks shop, even a gallery) is near by in there. so It's also fun to look around. very convenient! The building itself and the room itself are very attractive. It's classic yet modern. And all spaces, including the bathroom, shower room, and balcony, are convenient. I stayed in a 4-person room, and the structure and design of the bed provides a lot of privacy. The benefits were very good. very kind! all crewe very kind! It feels good to feel that they sincerely treat their guests. good meal! The breakfast is really great. And there is plenty of time for meals. I didn't use the kitchen, but it looked clean and had enough facilities for cooking. If I come to Porto again, I will definitely stay at this cheap and great place again!

This gorgeous hostel was the high point at which I ended my Europe trip! Amazing interiors, excellent service, convenient location and some of the most delicious food at the café on the property. Complimentary breakfast which was included in my tarrif was superb I had dinner thrice in the in-house café and can safely say it's one of the most scrumptious meals I've had! Shoutout to my server Bruno who was amazing! Oh the beds are made on arrival and free towels 🤗

Can't think of anything... although a mirror in the dorm room would have been nice!
