Location was very good near to train station and main market. There was locker facility ( subject to availability) and when collecting our luggage we could use the toilet and seating area to put stuff in our bags before leaving the place .They also allowed us to check in 2hours earlier in one apartment which is really kind.

No receptionist on the site though they were available on the phone to help. We booked the apartment hoping to have more facilities. But found out the room does only have a kettle, two cups and a tea bag. No glass or spare tea/coffee bags. No separate dustbin in the room . I think adding those items could have made this place an ideal place.

The location of the property is excellent. It's near the Sao Bento Station, close to everything in the historic area, and a short walk or bus ride to the waterfront. Despite being centrally located, it's quiet. You can request cleaning services for fresh towels, etc. The MyStay team was responsive. A great place to stay.

This isn't really a complaint, but a preference, perhaps. I would like to have had at least one drawer to put things in. All of the storage was shelves.

Bedroom is clean but small (you can barely put your luggages without walking on them), but that's enough for just sleeping and shower. If you need space, this is not for you. Staff friendly and helpful but... not on site. They have free lockers which is also quite nice if you need.

No human staff there, obliged to call a number for any support which complicates discussion. The heating system is centralised and cannot be turned differently than than the default (you can heat or cool, but it depends on the season and not what you want it to be, which can be problematic at some period of the year).

Check-in was all done online, super easy (you will need to send them a photo of your ID as it is required by law). Getting into the building is easy: they will send you the code to the entrance and to your room too. There was a little communal area, like a living room - I did not use it though. The room was small but looked pretty good, with a big bed, a tiny desk in the corner and a TV. The bathroom was clean, shower was great. I've had a tiny terrace as well, although it was surrounded by high walls/buildings, so there was no view, but it would have been good to have a morning coffee or something. Location is excellent: 5-10 minutes walk from the Se do Porto cathedral - the starting point of the Camino Portuges, and the same from Luís I Bridge.

Great location, everything was in the walking distance and you have many possibile breakfast places around the hotel. Our room was very clean and the hotel in general was nice. Online check-in was also really easy and the discount ticket for parking was waiting us in the room when we arrived. If you need it, contact the hotel before your arrival.

The room was super small, so it was a bit difficult to move in the room even if there were only two people staying there. Luckily we traveled with hand luggage only - big luggage could have been problematic there. Also, we got wrong information about the parking discount ticket. The parking with the discount was 10 e/24 hrs instead of informed 8e.

Prior to arrival I liked the fact that I was sent a text with all the check in process. When I got to my room I liked how clean it was and the fact that there was a drinks facility in the room. I also liked the fact that there was a lift in the property that allowed me to get to my room easy with hand luggage. The property is very central to the train station which was nice and other touristy things to do in Porto. I liked the fact the room had shower and towel facilities extra pillows and blankets

I think the property should have a bar or a vending machine so that people can purchase drinks ie water. It would have been good if there was information about what there is to do in Porto and the top places proper should visitor leaflets

Very clean and comfortable room. Very convenient location. Very attentive and responsive staff. Communication with the hotel is simply the best of all in my entire experience. Fast response and very quick replies to messages. It feels like they really want to help you here and make sure you have a good rest.

At the entrance there is an area for eating, there are tables there and it is quite comfortable. There is a microwave and glasses with glasses...But that's all there is! There are no plates, no cutlery, no napkins, not even a trash can. There was nothing to wipe the table behind us and we had to go to the 3rd floor and take toilet paper from the room. It's possible that the plates, cutlery, and napkins are in locked cabinet drawers under the microwave, but we wouldn't know because they're locked.

they sent the code for the front and room door, even called to check whether we got it, small welcome gift (snacks, tea) which was nice, locates very close to the train station, plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, good transportation in a few mintues, ac worked really great, plenty of kitchen supplies, very confortable bed

The location is excellent since it's only up the street from the Sao Bento station. Although the room was a bit small, it was perfectly fine for a one night stay. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

There were no instructions on how to operate the AC/Heat unit in the room and it was unbearably hot. Someone had set the thermostat so high that it was 90f in the room. It would be very easy to post the operating details on the wall above the unit. The check in process could be better. It works fine once you receive the email stating how to proceed, but they don't send that to you until after 10 am on the first day of your stay. Many people, like us, arrive much earlier than that to leave their luggage upon check in. There is no one on site, except the cleaning personnel, to assist you so be prepared for that as well. You access everything through keypad codes that are emailed to you. It is important to keep the phone number for MyStay so you can contact them if you have any issues.

The room was very clean and all furniture was brand new and very beautiful. The kitchenware too was spotless clean and included all the needed. There are very good lamps so there is enough light in every part of the room. Wifi is perfect. We would definitely come back.

The aircon (our stay was in June) was set at a too low temperature. We arrived late in the evening so, though we immediately set off the aircon, we did not sleep well the first night because we felt cold. Another negative point is that the room has not a view because the window opens on a small inner area, but despite this fact during the day the natural light is very ok.
