Lovely apartment and nicely appointed.

Two things. The floor above floor was extremely noisy and with travellers, their hours are often during the night, or awake during the night. It left me tired and sad as having been a Travel Agent I would have highly recommended this apartment. Also the double lock on the apartment door locked me in for 10 minutes one morning when I had a 7.15am train to catch. Very stressful. No one man’s reception unless it is check-in time. I later heard the apartment opposite mine having the same trouble, but getting in. Other than these two issues my apartment, facing the road and a double balcony was absolutely lovely and a welcome gift of a delicious port made by the owners.

Our recent stay in Porto was truly remarkable, thanks to the exceptional Olive Nature we booked. Located in the heart of the city’s vibrant Batalha area, it offered both comfort and style. The apartment provided all the necessary facilities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Upon arrival, the staff member warmly welcomed us and shared valuable insights about the city, recommending favorite locations, attractions, and restaurants. The apartment’s central location allowed us to explore popular spots like Riberia with ease. We highly recommend this Olive Nature for a memorable stay in the heart of the city. Also huge thanks again for the complimentary Port Wine.

We checked in straight after 15.00,but don't wait for somebody to come, you need to call the number. Miguel was very good, explained everything and booked a taxi for us as well to get us going on Monday. From that moment you are independent, you have keys to get in and out as you please. Our apartment was on the top, under the eaves, very spacious, airy, good air conditioning, little quirky and very comfortable. Little kitchen with cups and glasses, even a hob if you wanted to cook. You don't hear any noise, very peaceful during the day and most nights.

The main issue are nights on Friday, Saturday. Right under the house at the back is a nightclub. Not just a typical English nightclub, this one starts after midnight till 6am! And you hear it! Even with windows closed.

Enjoyed the interior design and beautiful 'scent' throughout the building. Bed was comfortable. Facilities were good.

I could hear the guest in apartment above walking around. It was very loud - probably more to do with the floor boards than the guest. A loose floor tile in my bathroom and grouting worn away - which the apartment below me could probably hear! The safe was not working- the cable had been cut so it had no power. I didn’t get to report this as the reception is only manned part-time and so didn't get the opportunity to and managed without.

Nice and clean room.

Although we advised the property through booking.com of our arrival time, no one was there at the reception. The door was locked. We saw cleaning staff at the upper floor's window, so we yelled to them to come to open the door for us. We were given a room in the attic. Though the room was nice, the kitchen sink is placed in an awkward position. It was difficult to use the sink. I have to add that only the kitchen sink in the attic is like that, our friends staying in other rooms in the lower floors were perfectly alright.

Great location. Extremely central without being in a main tourist area. The apartment is not located on a pedestrian-only street so we were able to park our rental car right out front. There is an amazing little cafe right next door so it was easy to pop down for breakfast/coffee on the mornings I worked from the apartment.

The heater didn't work and there is no one at the front desk unless they know guests are checking in/checking out. But the staff was quick to respond to a message I sent on booking.com and they came over right away to fix it.

The room was great. It was large, had a kitchen, nice bathroom, and 2 beds. We had daily cleaning and change of towels every two days. The reception staff was great and very helpful. The location is very central and everything is close by. I would definitely come back when I visit Porto.

There are only three small things that we did not like: - the spare bed was a bit lumpy - we had a view of the back of the building and during the whole night on Friday and Saturday, there was noise from the building nearby - we were located on floor -1 which actually had a back view of the 2nd or 3rd floor but when we were entering our room, there was a smell of humidity coming from the -2 floor

The staff of the property went above and beyond our expectations. The morning that we were scheduled to leave one of the children in our group was ill and needed to visit the doctor. We asked for a late checkout, but they would not accommodate us in our old rooms. They gave us a new completely unused room for us to wait and relax. Miguel and the team there made us feel at home during a difficult situation. Thank you!

It’s very modern and clean. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The location is excellent - just around the corner from a busy shopping street and an easy downhill walk to the station. Nothing seems very far away.

The kitchen is quite cramped. It would be a challenge to cook a meal there and then wash up (but we ate out all the time)

the location is perfect to explore Porto… very central. also liked the design, the privacy and our balcony! Tamara, Filipa and the team were wonderful, attentive and responsive!!! Nice bottle of port on check-in

the sound factor between apartments from above is not good. the floors in the apartment are very squeaky with every step and is the same in the apartment above. the movement of the above tenants can be tolerable except we had a very heavy footed person above who was constantly moving around heavily into the very early morning every night he was there. it was barely tolerable. the staff talk to him on our behalf but it did not help
