The hotel is in a great location, near to the sights, restaurants and to public transport. The staff were great and the breakfast sufficient. The hotel and the room have a great and modern design and each room has a nespresso machine. My only remark is regarding the interior room and is listed below.

I have stayed a lot of times in hotels in the rooms with interior views, but never have I experienced that the room had a window which was taped over with a photo wallpaper. I know that it was to hide the "ugly" interior side of the courtyard with plumbing and such, but it would be much better to have an actual window to the outside, no matter how the outside looks like. This way it feels really claustrophobic and dark. Photo is attached for reference.

Fantastic Hotel + Location. Stayed at the hotel 17/02-19/02 for a city break to celebrate my wifes birthday. Spoke with the hotel before travelling to organise the room to be set up for her birthday. Brought banners & balloons and it was all set up to a high standard. We were also provided with a bottle of wine, birthday cake and a card from the hotel staff wishing her happy birthday. Also emailed to asked for recommendations for a nice meal. MUU steakhouse was one of the best meals we have ever tried. Would highly recommend this hotel for a city break as location and staff are brilliant.

Rooms very warm can't turn down temp beyond 17 Our room's lighting was quite dingy; to pull curtain for daylight but no net curtain. Just a huge window for hotel across the road to see in Hot breakfast item ie scrambled egg /mushrooms /bacon were not filled to keep up Coffee and "hot food " all cold or mildy luke warm despite out of machine

Stayed 2 nights. Hotel decor & room was clean & modern. Great shower with nice bathroom products. Nespresso coffee machine in room & bottled water supplied every day. Breakfast good selection of meats,cheeses, cereals,yoghurts and bakery products. Eggs, bacon etc too. Location very good & about 200 mtrs from underground car park with EV charging.10mins walk to riverside.

Lighting around vanity are could have been better. Bath towels were small, thin and not fluffy. Nespresso pods not replaced after first day. Hot breakfast items need replenishing more often.

On arriving the staff were genuinely welcoming, the decor in the reception and dining area was fabulous and loved the mid century furniture and massive cork lighting feature. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We did have an issue with the sink draining which was immediately addressed by house keeping. Very good blackout curtains too. Breakfast was good as covered all options, though the barista coffee machine did take some mastering for a few guests. Location excellent for getting to all the city sights. The hotel check out was 12.00 and they will let you store your luggage if you need to.

Parking was extra, which was a surprise for the price. It was not clear that parking with extra, and in a public car park. We asked for a romm with "views". This turned out to be the appartments across the narrow road on the other side. Paid extra 50 Euros to see neighbours doing housework.. haha But, all in all, it was a good hotel, and we would go again :)

The hotel is in a central position and it is modern and very clean. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of cooked and continental foods, fruit, bread and pastries.

We had no complaints about the hotel but our walk from Sao Bento station to the hotel passed by the construction of a new metro line . Lots of digging and construction going on behind boardings. Once at the hotel we could hear no noise from this construction site . It was just not the most pleasant walk to the hotel.

Service is very friendly and efficient. Location is excellent. Breakfast is superb, also with espresso machines for coffee. Gluten free products. Excellent shower. Very helpful staff.

Hotel does not own parking, it is not far, it is a public parking with some discounts, but you can face the risk of no vacancy. Also, if raining it is not pleasant. Bed is a little narrow for our expectation, although it was comfortable.

Our stay at Porto Royal Bridges Hotel was absolutely perfect! Staff were attentive, very polite and always friendly. Our room was functional, spacious and comfortable. The sound proofing is incredible - there was loud construction work going on outside but you couldn’t hear a sound inside. Location couldn’t have been better - would gladly stay here again.

Can’t fault a thing.

Well located, close to the train station, in the city center. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was equipped with amenities. The breakfast was good (western breakfast). We went there earlier than the check-in time, the room was not ready but we could leave our luggage in the hotel. Overall, a nice stay.

The room is relatively small, as described. The bathroom however is smaller than shown in the picture, especially the bath sink.
