Location was excellent. Within walking distance of all amenities and sightseeing spots . The hotel is a new property so in very good condition. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

What we didn't like was the layout of the bathroom which lacked a sense of privacy. There is no door to the bathroom and a glass door to actual toilet and shower. There is a latticed screen between bedroom and bathroom; again no privacy. The rooms are small but adequate but would benefit from a little bit more wardrobe space. Also extra surface space to lay things on.

Breakfast was great. You could eat outside in the garden if you wished. Every coffee type was offered. The pastries were wonderful. The service professional. Nice to wake up there. The location was amazing. Close to everything in Porto and near routes to avoid the really steep streets. Great food around the corner and shopping on Santa Catalina. The Hotel is beautiful. Color and design that makes you feel good. Live music in the garden. The hotel food was great and the energy in the dining area and garden was exuberant.

Everything was great. I had a personal problem with my credit card and the staff did there best to find a remedy.

The staff were just amazing, going far and beyond to accommodate every needs, and always with a smile on their face. The service was great, we were offered welcome cookies and there were complimentary water and coffee in my room, together with a personalised note from the hotel. Location very good, within walking distance to everything. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, this hotel is a gem.

Perhaps the room was a bit small, the bathroom in particular, but it had everything you´d need, with good quality toiletries and spotless clean, which compensated for the size.

We enjoyed our stay at Arts Hotel Porto. It has a great location, in a close proximity to the center and the river, and extremely friendly staff. For example, the bartender - Edoardo, is very knowledgeable about the local wines, staff at the reception were helpful 24/7, management is looking after their guests at all times, food is great and there is a big assortment of drinks/ cocktails at the Bar

For a hotel that has opened doors only a couple of weeks ago, there are multiple noticable construction details, which have not been finished as per the standard of a four star hotel. For example, off paint detailing in all hotel, scratches in room and corridor, joint mastic in room - filler, shampoo holder fell off after showering, some of the sockets doesn't work, floor lamp was bent.

The hotel's location was ideal- conveniently central yet pleasantly peaceful at night. The interior decor was stylish, well-maintained and of high quality. The cleanliness of the hotel was exemplary and it was obvious that a great deal of attention had been given to detail. Most importantly, I was met with friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. The breakfast was really good plenty of choice. Overall, I highly recommend this excellent hotel to anyone seeking a fantastic all-around experience."

The bar

Breakfast was served with a good selection of breads, cakes and pastries. As well as a small hot buffet consisting of scrambled eggs, bacon and mushrooms or other vegetables. Generally there was fruit like apples and kiwis or pineapple, fruit juices and yoghurt. Cheese and cold meats.

They hot selection at breakfast could have been a bit more varied but in general it was quite substantial.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull, front desk is very knowledgeable about the city and it’s attractions

The breakfast was good, but the set up was a bit tight, as I am short I didn’t even realise there was salt bread until the last day where they were refilling it It is a shame the garden outside pass unnoticed as the access is from the restaurant and there is no warning over the door so it is not clear if you could get a drink outside or not

Very nice breakfast. Very convenient location. Staff was exceptional. They also packed us a breakfast box for us when we left early on the final day.

Room was a little tight, banged my knee getting around the bathroom. I am quite tall so may not be the same for everyone. The pool was a bit small for much activity. Preferred enjoying my outside space off the room, which was lovely.

Brand new hotel in the center of Porto. Everything is spotless and the rooms, despite beings a little bit small, have everything you need, from a minibar to a Nespresso machine. Kudos for the staff and for the hotel manager Susanna Neiro, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. I'll defiitely go back. A mentioned for the bar, the ouside patio and for the (small) swimming pool.

the team at the reception and the restaurant were very friendly. breakfast was enjoyable thank you for the team for the Suprise pancake they made since they noticed how my niece really enjoyed her pancakes. I cannot express how the team really made my stay in Porto an amazing experience. thank you all you were exceptional.
