The beds were very comfortable, the room was well equipped, and the room size was nice. The breakfast buffet was very tasty, the servers were very cheerful, and the rooftop patio and afternoon appetizer buffet were a lovely surprise.

There was a little trouble with the room temp control to cool down the room. The control unit was hard to figure out with attached directions not very helpful. Also no bottled water left on the room on day 2. We had to request water and were given smaller quantities due to an apparent supply problem. We were not sure why that smaller bottles were not left in the first place.

Beds were comfortable, staff was all very pleasant and helpful, rooms were clean and pretty quiet. We were across the hall from the cleaning staff rooms so not as quiet as our could have been but overall pretty good. Loved having a refrigerator, safe and air conditioning.

We looked at the breakfast and chose not to have it. Might have done it if it had some gluten free options and more selection but we found an incredible restaurant across the street that had gluten free food so we ate over there. Also the afternoon happy hour was nice but didn't provide what we thought it would. It was basically just pastries and from the description, it seemed like it would have been a little more substantial. Room was a little small and it would have been nice to be able to open the window.

Location is good and walking distance to the bridge. The hotel is clean and staff very pleasant and accomodating. Breakfast was plenetiful including sparkling wine, The roof top terrace a great space with views and for relaxing. The hotel put on a DJ on Saturday night - which was greta, Had an enjyable stay would stay again,

Nice hotel near the city central where you can see everything in walking distance. The room was clean with all the essentials you needed for the trip. They also have cute rooftop where you can see the beautiful sunset with nice drinks. Especially the women at the reception and the bartender Xavier made the stay very welcoming and pleasant - I would recommend this hotel and come back any time!

The hotel is walking distance from a few popular tourist attractions and we went to the Bolhao market a few times to get breakfast/drinks/ gifts. The hotel staff at the help desk is very friendly, the room clean, big shower and the room blocks most noise polution from outside not that it is a noise street. They also have a luggage room that you can use for free.

Location was good - approx 10-15 min walk from places of interest such as Cathedral, Tiled railway station,Top of the Bridge etc. Comfortable bed, Air conditioning, Good breakfast on top floor with views of the city. Rooftop area a nice place to relax over a drink - complimentary afternoon snacks was a lovely touch and appreciated on arrival. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend.

it’s a nice placed hotel in between the centre and bridge & funicular down to the riverside. staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable. breakfast is superb with a large mix of fruits, pastries, breads, cereals plus crepes, bacon and eggs.

the only thing letting our stay down was the building works outside the front of the hotel. it wasn’t super inconvenient and noisy but we were aware building was happening. windows do seem to have decent soundproofing from that though.

Location was close to the centre although not very close to the waterfront. Close to funicular which runs down to Riberia and the Luis 1 Bridge. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. The roof level cafe/restaurant was lovely and the free cofee and pastry in the afternoon a lovely feature.

Hanging and storage space in the room was limited.

Great hotel location. You can reach any part of the old town and the river and bridges within 10-15 minutes. Great and helpful staff. Breakfast for every taste. Peace and leisure in the breakfast room. Cleanliness.

the room was too hot and window could not be opened. front desk said they would turn on the AC the first day, but it was turned off the next morning. each of the three days we had to keep asking to have the ac turned back on, the room was over 80 degrees
