Comfy beds, helpful employees, excellent breakfast, the hotel looks way nicer than pictured. Very good quality vs price considering other alternatives

Having to pay for early check-in when travellinh with a 2 year old, but excellent to have the room available so early smelled a little from toilet at times. Cola bottle from another guest still under the bed.

The location is quite good although there is a lack of nice bars and shops nearby. The King Suite presented decent value.

To add some value to my review, I am fair-minded and a provide a service myself - so I know what is fair. The breakfast is generally a terrible experience, evidence of the three star rating is apparent here. It’s a noisy and cramped area for breakfast Not a great selection of traditional breakfast items The coffee was terrible You had to hunt about to find butter etc. Overall my stay was let down by a poor breakfast experience and the hotel bar is lacking - a poor selection of drinks.

Our room was upgraded because they couldn’t give us what we had originally requested and it was sooo comfortable. So the suite we were given was incredible. i loved the view out of the public spaces between the buildings! The green trees and natural beauty. i loved the extensive and varied breakfasts. The suite had a bathtub which i used and it helped calm me. The bed was supportive and very comfortable. The mattresses i checked in the standard room would have not been firm enough for me. i loved that it was a short walk from the train station so we used the train to go to the airport!

There wasn’t anything about my experience that i didn’t like. But i wasn’t paying for a standard room and getting those soft mattresses

central location, comfortable clean room, great breakfast choice, very helpful and friendly staff. No hesitation is recommending to friends during family.

Lovely staff, easy check in and great value for money. Really good breakfast with plenty of options. The hotel itself is well decorated and clean, the size of the room and bathroom was good and the facilities good too. We rented bicycles for the day from the hotel which was well worth it and reasonably priced. I would recommend this location as it is close enough to most of the major attractions but still about a 20 minute walk.

Open shelving cupboard in bedroom was dusty upon arrival, towels were clean but could use replacing as they were worn around the edges.

The location is great. 5 minute walk from central train station, 3 minto metro. close to Main Street loaded with restaurants and shopping. Main attractions are between 20-30 min walk from hotel, or by subway. the hotel is weary clean. The breakfast is great,fresh produce, cheeses, yogurt, eggs bacon and hot and cold drinks. Great lounge area and inner court to sit and relax.o

The room itself was small, but enough and well planed for single. The shower could use some body lotion, due to central heating the air is dry. Not enough shelf space to put the basics

The hotel is central & walking distance to Tivoli, metro, Glyptotek etc. Reception staff were lovely. The room was a good size, clean and the room we had over the outdoor courtyard was quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Also a halal kebab restaurant at the end of the street.

The shower is more of a corner in the bathroom so everything would get wet once you used it. TV had 15 channels but doesn’t connect to any streaming sites. Also it is next door to a strip club which I only saw mentioned in 1 other review. To be fair never really saw anyone go in.

I had a small but comfortable room that was regularly cleaned. Breakfast was great and ample, and staff were very friendly. Check-in was seamless and the hallways felt safe and welcoming. It was overall a pleasure to stay here.

Next door to the hotel is a strip club with huge pictures of half-naked ladies in the windows. The glow from the neon lights shone through my window at night. It's not the hotel's fault of course, but unfortunately because of this I would not consider this hotel an appropriate place for children.

We were very positive surprised. This was a very good place to stay. The room was big enough for two. We as mother and son had seperate beds. The hotel is very near the central station so the transfer to the airport takes only 15 minutes. Much cheaper and faster then a taxi. The breakfast buffet was large and had everything you need. It is also on walging distance to the center. Or you can take the bike which is parked in front of the hotel. We could leave our luggage in a locked room.

The breakfast was amazing! The foyer and halls were beautifully decorated. The room was comfortable even if it was getting a little dated. The bathroom was new. It has a shower curtain not a screen so water did go out of the shower a little.

This is not within the control of the hotel but it is worth noting that it can be noisy around the hotel. I stayed a Saturday night and there was someone yelling outside the hotel. I gather there are bars or clubs nearby. There is also a stripe club next door but I didn’t see that it was ever open so maybe it has closed down.
