Great setting, tranquil and relaxing, well organised and had a rustic charm. Beach amazing.

Average service in the restaurants, often had to remind staff to bring drinks ordered, uncomfortable seating in restaurants. Room had a musty smell and dirty windows.

Loved the setting on a gorgeous beach, the staff was lovely and attentive.

The rooms feel a bit dated and the food prices are too high in the various restaurants when you add it to a very high room rate.

People were fantastic - warm and hospitable. Excellent Food, breakfast Lunch Dinner Commend the organisation of pick up and drop off at the border. Excellent Magician and Indian dancing. Loved the New year party and the team were exceptional. The games and journey to dinner was great. The lighting of the lanterns was memorable and special. Exceptional Buffet and drinks thank you.

Band and ballroom dancing was a little off, for a resort of this standard.

the staff and the hospitality was superb. special mention for sharief, our care taker. he was just superb have never met a person as smiling as happy and as helpful as him. a special mention for Raghu and kamaljeet. super staff

The staff is extremely professional and made our stay very pleasant. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, the water is crystal clear and you can literally swim amongst giant turtles. The food and drinks are exceptional in every restaurant. We stayed for 2 nights only but there were so many options that we couldn’t try all the restaurants. Our favorite was the Sense on the Edge which not only has a breathtaking view of the bay but the dishes are gorgeous and service is fantastic. This is a must-try during your stay.

Amazing location and villa - very good butler service.

Dinners were confusing, with different restaurants open on different nights and serving different themes (although the food was excellent). Wait staff seemed to have a habit of interrupting you in the middle of a mouth full of food/ during an in depth conversation with your partner and would take away your plates/ cups/ glasses before you had a chance to finish some dishes which was disappointing.

Everything was perfect! Villas, beach, sea, location, staff..great energy! Each villa has its own guest experience manager, who is taking care about activities, bookings, restaurants..Our was Era and she was amazing. Also I have to mentioned Sirach who was great. Everybody is so kind and at your service all the time..The SPA treatments are fabulous. Everything is ECO friendly (all made of natural materials). You have a lot of choices of a healty and vegan food. The hotel staff is extremly caring about potential alergies, always asking about it. Lot of activities for kids. Really great experience!

- Some items in the room are aged and needed maintenance, like noisy AC, beach door jam, a burn bulb, etc… - Would be nice if the hotel can serve cold beverages in the afternoon at the beach area as there were none - Would recommend to put some fresh water showers in the beach area It might not sound a big deal but for the value of money I was looking for a perfection

The location of the resort is only about 2 hrs by car from Dubai - it is an incredible setting on a long white beach beneath towering mountains. The staff were always smiling, responsive and happy!

I would say that in general, the food prices are extremely high, well in excess of what you’d pay in Dubai, the Maldives and Europe. Eg a small chocolate bar was around USD 15 and all of our dinners exceeded USD 500 (3 courses at most for 2 people drinking lightly).

Location, the drive to the property, facilities.

Dinner too costly as we are mostly forced for Buffet from the main restaurant. The other one had not much choices. We chose a wrong time as it was too hot. Winter would be a better time to visit. We had instance of a male cleaner entering the ladies Spa facility while my wife was in it. This was a bit shocking for a hotel of this stature.
