The Doubletree by Hilton staff members were brilliant. The hotel employees - Swalih (from the reception) up to the Podium Restaurant and the housekeeping staff are all great at the services that they do. They were all helpful and accommodating during our stay. Kudos and thanks to the team!

The Hilton contact person who is responding on our booking.com app inquiries is not aware of our stay schedule as the requested basic decoration was still not available when we reached the hotel and he/she is telling that they will prepare it on our upcoming stay, when we have already checked in and we are physically in the hotel that time. It would be better if communication was really given sufficient attention to.

I loved the stay .The room provided was good .Thr breakfast was intercontinental was good .The staff were always smiling..The location and our room was facing sea view ..

The things like towel and other toiletries had to be asked .They should atleast provide those things wen we shift to that room .. We had a free access to hampton's hotel in marjan island which is atleast 30 mins drive ..but no one guided us to check out and then visit tht beach.So we had to come back to check out and then leave which was not good .. When asked for an extension , since we were not guided properly , one of them was like we will have to pay extra this shows the business mindedness which was not at all acceptable. In my opinion , we all are here to do business for community to run but customer service is the key....

Its very good stay according to room price. They also upgrade my room to junior suit which was a very nice welcome to me and my family. They give us a tasty cookies while checking in and my kids like it a lot. In the hotel there is a small swimming pool but they give access to beach into one of their sister hotels in Morjan island.

Room service is slow and I have to ask for towels more than one time but may be because it was a public holiday and hotel is fully booked

It was my birthday the previous day and they decorated my room and gave me a nice cake ! I took all their names but lost the paper...but I remember the lovely receptionist lady from Bali on her last working day , the two bell boys, the stout girl with glasses who brought me the cake, the Srilankan boy who decorated my room and the Ethiopian lady who was there at breakfast time in the M floor ! Also, I met two ladies from Myanmar ( if I am right) room girls...all very professional and friendly...Made my stay truly memorable..

Just a suggestion to have a bar or coffee shop ( present one is too ordinary) in the reception area .and there should be atleast two shuttle buses instead off one that takes u to the Hampton by Hilton resort! We checked in at 3 pm and there was no bus to take us there, so we checked out next day and then drove there.. Not very convenient..tku

I've stayed in Double Tree by Hilton in RAK several times, and I've been happy all these times. More than anything else, the staff is what invites you back to the hotel. Ms. Rochelle, who used to be in the F&B section and has now rightfully been promoted to assistant manager of the F&B section (a very well-deserved promotion), is one of the reasons we go back to Double Tree by Hilton in RAK. She is very friendly and welcoming. Mr. Bilal at the reception also left a very good first impression on us all. The lifeguard at the roof top pool was very nice and friendly as well. We will definitely go back to this hotel.

Mr Shamhil is attentive and approachable. He was the hotel reception upon our arrival. I've booked 6 rooms and luckily, 1 room has been upgraded to a suite.Complimentary cookies are a points also. Great! The rooms are spacious and tidy, perfect for relaxing! Overall, we had a great stay in Doubletree Hotel and will choose the same hotel for our future trips👏🤗

Though the rooms are tidy, the toiletries are not refilled yet. However, the reception is just 0 dial away and they're prompt to all our requests!

Room - Got a free upgrade to Junior suite which was really spacious and beautiful Breakfast - A descent buffet breakfast with tasteful foods Pool - Comparatively small but it was not crowded. Located in the roof top and amazing view Staff - Really cool and very hospitable especially the front office and house keeping. Location - Its in centre of town, so easy accessible to everywhere.

All looks goods except the lift can be improved.

Location is great, everything is accessible very easily. Loved the view from the rooftop, and of course swimming pool is an added joy. Staff were friendly and hospitable.

No towels were provided in spite of asking multiple times. When we asked for plates to be delivered to our room, they took more than half an hour to bring them - not to mention less plates were brought than what we asked for.

Check-in 10/10, Room 10/10 (very large room, comfortable beds, tea/coffee making facilities, iron & ironing board, free safe, large desk, good lighting, big bathroom, very clean, nice view of harbour), housekeeping 10/10, breakfast 10/10 (good range of food, omlette/egg cooking station, friendly and attentive staff, good manager overseeing things), car parking 10/10 (chose open land by side of hotel).

Check-out 2/10 (guest relations manager wanted me to pay AED480 although I had fully prepaid on Booking.com, and it took her 5 minutes to sort out. No proper apology or explanation received - rather spoilt what would have been a perfect stay.

They offered free beach access, we go there after checkout. Breakfast was limited option but all fresh. staff was polite and attentive

Upon check in no bath towel at room, room was seem not ready for check in. we got our key and enable to use at elevator. we have informed front desk team. instead of offer change card he insist card is working! Mary at front desk so helpful she finally assist us to change.. special thanks to Mary.
