Clean room, convenient location. A staff member called me a couple of days before to confirm my reservation at which time she pointed out that I had booked a smoking room. When I told her I made a mistake, she switched me to a non smoking room. They also had a nice breakfast bar. If you have the time be sure to visit the New Market Battlefield Military Museum, a great collection.

The room refrigerator was a bit small but since I was only staying one night it wasn't a problem.

It accepted pets and had two doors in your room, one into hallway, and other leading outside so you could take your dog potty.

They did not have on their website where you could mark bringing pet and to know cost for it.

The hotel itself was great. We have stayed many times.

The clerk on the desk was terrible. He was complaining about the number of people he had to check in. There were 4 people in line. It took more than 30 minutes to get checked in. At that point he told us not to complain because it would take 2 hours in Key West.

The location worked out very well for us on this trip. We enjoy the New Market venue because it is in a very small town and is very accessible to I-81. Also, it was our first stay anywhere since the pandemic began where we could enjoy the full breakfast buffet! Thanks!

Of the 3 Quality Inns which we stayed at on this trip, New Market was the most expensive. Not exactly sure why that was, because usually we pay a little bit less at the small town venues. But likely it may have been because we booked that site through a travel service (Bookings.com), and not directly through Quality Inns. Lesson learned.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The hotel room mad very clean and they came in everyday to remake the beds. I was actually really impressed with how clean it was.

The beds weren’t super comfortable and the lighting in the room was very dim. The carpet and furniture was outdated, but totally functional.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. Check in went smoothly and without a hitch. The room was clean, the pool was clean and maintained well. The breakfast wasn't exactly what I was expecting, but it was nice to have something to feed the kids before we hit the road.

The room was clean, the beds were uncomfortable, the pool was awesome, the breakfast was marvelous. Overall... I would recommend your facility.

The Location was Wonderful.

My room was always cleaned and always had plenty of towels and trash was always empty we got breakfast every morning and they went the extra mile by doing biscuits and gravy gave me places to visit while there and was at the center of everything we wanted to do

Only downfall was they don't have their restaurant anymore which would have been convenient to have because there are not may places close to eat and after a long day we don't want to have to drive 30 minutes to eat
