Clean Quiet Very close to vendome mall

The food service is terrible and very expensive comparing the quality. The smell of the cafe is bad. The coffee in lobby is old and cold. Please pay attention in room food service. It is a shame to such beautiful hotel. They deliver it in paper bag.. no even plastic wear nor ketchup or anything. The sandwich is old and chicken tasteless and full of garlic. If anything would stop me from booking again with this hotel is the food available.

The reception staff especially “Raesah and Zahra” I would come back to the hotel just because of them they were helpful and cheerful they even apologized to us and gave us a discount for the spa and a free breakfast even though it wasn’t their problem, also the view from the balcony was incredible

I hate the room service how they kept us until 4pm tell we check in and the room service manager “ she was a woman “ I am not sure if she is the manager or an Assistant but she just apologized without any compensation, also the moment we entered the room we asked for a tissues she just gave us two (you should consider that we asked because there wasn’t enough at the room not an extra), so what have they been doing from 12pm until 4pm ?

Me and my partner had an amazing stay beginning to the end the staff were extremely professional. Precision to detail excelled our expectations we can’t thank the team enough they were extremely prompt with any requests even past regular working hours, they once came to fix a small issue we had with the tv past 10pm ! I can’t wait to book a stay with them again. Amazing location easy for delivery, the valet gentlemen were always on time, the view from our apart was at the centre of vendome mall also.

Agora is super , from the location ( is 5 minutes walk to Place Vendome ) and 10 minutes by car to go to metro station. The staff all very helpful and so friendly. Nice swimming pool and gym , room very clean and the have all equipment you need from washing machine to Dishwasher , fully recommended for family .

I am staying 4 night there and I heard little bit noisy in front our room , maybe because the location near the apartment that still need renovation , and Wifi little bit slow I hope Agora team will fix it .

Friendly staff, but made too many mistakes: - duplicated my electronic key to a stranger who entered my apartment, fortunately in my presence - presented me with a wrong bill, crediting me with an already paid night The cleaning of the room ok, but the sofa was not usable too much dust accumulated on it, it should be vacuumed

I liked the great view and how most things were done when asked for. Roomed was cleaned when asked and was apologised sincerely when forgot too

Rang a few times for certain things however there was times where I felt I got ignored by staff for example asking for tissue roll due to maybe me being to nice.

The professional staff (extremely helpful, assertive, friendly), especially Zarah who checked me in and helped me throughout my stay, the level of cleanliness, the beautiful swimming pool, and the spaciousness and comfort of the room.

Some of the cupboards in the suite’s kitchen were a little wonky making them hard to open/close. But that’s about it!

Everything is beyond my expectations, top service, great hospitality, special thanks to Husam for his great communication skills, he has been in touch before, during and after my stay just to make sure everything was going as we pleased. Definitely coming back if I comeback to Qatar
