The hotel is new and the room is clean and the living room was very spacious. Staff are helpful and they usually attend your needs within 5 minutes. Breakfast was good. It's 30+ floors tower but there is 5 quick elevators. The sea view was really nice.

I requested baby cot several times before and during my 5 nights stay they kept saying it's not available even when I asked to bring it later whenever any cot becomes available but I never recieved one!

The location and the view as well as the apartment facilities were excellent

I didn’t find a fridge in the apartment; just a small freezer

The apartment was spacious, nice and clean. The location was not bad. The cafe in the lobby served good coffee. The guy at the reception helped us get an uber when we first came which was nice.

We arrived around 2:40 pm. They told us we were early, so we expected to be checked in at 3 pm. However, we were given the apartment at 3:42. We lost valuable time since we were only staying in Qatar for one night. There was no one to pick up our luggage when we arrived to the hotel. There was no room service beyond 12 am. There is no concierge so we had to ask the reception, who were not always free.

The unit was perfect and the breakfast was superb

Firstly I would like to thank the Dessert counter staff- Habiba and Youwan for their fantastic help and making us feel right at home and also Hamza the door man who was great help and always present when we needed help. Now about this Hotel... the 2 bed apartment was clean and spacious, good view of the sea, brilliant location 5 min walk away from the beach and 12 mins to the west bay mall. The Mosque was directly opposite.

Breakfast options are limited but the breakfast was great nevertheless. There was a day where we had to wait a few minutes to get a table at breakfast time so plan your breakfast accordingly.

Good location. Directly opposite West Bay Jamia mosque. Not too far from City Mall. Most attractions are within 5-25 minute Uber rides. Hotel very clean. Our room (two bedroom) was very spacious with good city views. Everything you would need (except maybe a tumble dryer) was in the room. Ample USB ports for charging. Good WiFi. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was nice and warm and enjoyed by kids. Housekeeping was daily and of a good standard. Staff were all friendly.

Water in the bathrooms wasn’t very warm / bordering on cold. Maybe that was just our room. There was a small leak around the hand shower but they fixed this quickly.

The hotel was located in a nice quiet area, not too far away from the city centre - a walkable distance - and the staff were so lovely. The night we arrived, we met with Sameer at the reception who checked us in and really set the mood for our stay. It was a nice welcoming environment.

I wish they had a drier available in the apartments so that we could dry our clothes as soon as we washed them using the machine. Thankfully, the weather in Doha was nice and warm and dried our clothes really quickly.

Quality of the rooms and location are perfect. Highly suggested for families. You may stay like you are at home. Washing machine, big refrigerator, dish washer, oven, microwave oven, cutlery, pans is in the room. Partial sea view is also nice. Hote manager Mr.Victor is also very helpful and highly interested. Very close to City Center Mall for daily needs and other shopping activities. Internet is very fast and there are APs in every room so reception is guaranteed.

As hotel is new some small issues like in the bathroom still exist but can be neglected.

We booked the hotel well in advance. And any question we had we messaged them. We got very helpful replies. Breakfast was good too. One manager named sameer I think, was very pleasant and a lovely guy. He sent a birthday cake to my room for my daughters birthday surprising all of us as it was her birthday during our holiday. That was a special moment and felt so happy that in qatar you get that.
