Great location - approx 5-7min walk to city centre mall. Has nice seating around the hotel with two restaurants. Decent sized rooftop pool with great views. Nice room size.

Housekeeping- usually just dust the sheets and redo them rather then having new fresh sheets put on…didn’t hoover the room either. Facilities in room - no fridge…unbelievable? When explained they simply gave us a bit of ice in a bowl.. Bathroom - excellent if on a honey moon but anything else it’s not great at all. Nice set up BUT, see through windows which you need a blind to put down, fine…but it’s see through at times AND some spots you can see through as doesnt completely cover. No lock on the toilet door just to top it off. Like I said fine with partner but if you’re sharing the room, get cozy!!

Great location close to City Center Mall as well as drive-able distances to katara village, pearl island and other places as you will notice you go around the water in a curve and everything is reachable in a fairly quick manner. We had B12 beach club at a 5 min walk and we really enjoyed a day there. The room was great with a lot of comfortable elements. Rooftop pool. Had Thai massage in the in house spa. Very good experience. Staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for welcoming us to Doha and making us want to come back.

I wish there was more light over the dressing table area. I felt as a woman who needs to put on her makeup I struggled to find the correct light even in the bathroom. There is light by the windows but no mirrors there.

So my office is located in QFC which literally a 30 seconds walk from the hotel, was there for a day so was super perfect and convenient for me. Wifi connection was somehow not working properly and when you want to login everything is just twisted however the concerige team fixed it for me so thank you. Keeping in mind i only stayed for a night, while leaving two of the room cleaners stopped me while i was in a hurry to check out and take my flight to write a good review about them and mention their names as well in my review, which isn't nice honestly. I will compliment when needed but they literally did nothing for me or my room. Kindly ask the staff to be nicer and stop stopping people in a hurry to write a good review about them even though they did not do anything useful to me.

The location, the hygiene, rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the personalized touches and how “smart” the room was. Breakfast buffet was incredible with a huge variety of foods and rotation everyday. We loved the coffee kiosk outside the hotel.

It may have been due to the time of the year (end of December) but the reception staff were rather busy and thus not very helpful or informative. they seemed a bit to themselves and only giving answers when I asked questions. The staff at the door and concierge were very helpful on the other hand.

My stay at the Dusit was beyond my expectations! Such a beautiful clean luxury hotel located in the heart of West Bay which was perfect for us, we had absolutely no issues with staff or the quality of our room. All staff were super friendly and polite and customer service was excellent. Breakfast was amazing and fresh and a variety that changed every day, it was delicious! Our room was so clean and comfortable with a breathtaking view, After a couple of days we were upgraded to a junior suite which was just perfect with flowers and a towel display on our bed and petals in the bath.. it felt like pure luxury! Such a nice touch to the experience and when I do visit Doha again I will definitely stay at the Dusit and have already recommended the hotel to family. The pool was great and lit up at night which was very cool. The staff at the pool area were so friendly and lovely to speak to, the customer service is the best I’ve seen yet. For the price you pay you certainly get more for your money! Brilliant hotel and can’t wait to come back soon!!

Only negative is the lighting, it can be brighter especially for doing your make up! Other than this there’s no other criticism at all.

We were very fortunate to be upgraded to the suite, which was lovely and spacious. The location of the hotel is perfectly located in the heart of West Bay, opposite Doha City Centre Mall. The breakfast spread was one of the highlights, and many types of food are available such as live cooking for eggs, bakery confectionaries, cereals and a pancake station. We requested our bags to be delivered after check-in, but it took 30mnts without the bags being delivered. I then went to reception to find out when they will deliver the bags, and the bags were just standing in reception behind the desk. Staff need to be more proactive on this front.

I have tried a lot of hotels but this was the best experience ever and the best hotel i have ever stayed in. Once we arrived we were welcomed very kindly and professionally, the hotel complimentary upgraded our room to a suite because we had anniversary And they gave us a two free beach access tickets. The gave us a chance to enjoy a very big and luxurious suite with great view. They provided us with a happy anniversary cake to our room, and a happy birthday cake in next day. Thank you Dusit so much for your kindness and making our stay very special Jake from reception has very kind and professional customer service skills

Food quality is not the best but it’s good

We do love the ambiance when you enter the hotel. The room was great. Well kept and clean. The view from our room is spectacular. Were able to used the spa facilities. Sauna its a must. Also the jacuzzi and the steam. Food for breakfast is ok Overall it was a pleasant and memorable experience. Would like to thank Steven from Reception. And Fatima & Ariane From Antoinette Restaurant for our breakfast. They are very courteous and welcoming. 👏👏👏 Kudos to all the team and management.👍👍👍

One female receptionist is a bit rude. I would like to suggest that at least to acknowledge guest if they approach the reception. Its kinda busy during that time but still she can do it better with grace and kindness.

Location is good .. Wi-Fi is real good.

Curtains in toilets were broken and cant be fixed dur to engine issue.. the kettle wasn't heating the water well and the wall socket is making electrical sounds which is an indication of something wrong. I informed the front desk to get things fixed while I'm out to not waste time, it was befor 10 am.. I cam back at around 2 pm nothing has happened. I spoke to the manager and wxplained the situation and he gave me a suite as a compensation. Hotel in general is dilapidated and needs to be maintained very well after the event of world cup.

The staff are nice, location is good. Room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. I like also the breakfast, it has good variety of food. The coffee is not nice tho’.

Dirty!!! This hotel build nicely but not maintained well. Everything is so used, towels, pillows. And not clean enough. The carpet the full of stains. The bathroom is flooded and has mold and smells mold. Windows, curtains everything just dirty. With deep cleaning and a bit of maintenance all can be done. Pity.
