It was a very nice room with many features. It made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Including great bathrooms and beautifully architected bedrooms.

Few items: 1) drain in one of the bathrooms was not functioning properly (smell/little flooding). 2) There is full kitchen, but not a single item to actually use it - even cutlery is lacking, not even speaking of dishes etc. However, yes - there were some glasses for all occasions. 3) I personally missed a proper bar. There are nice places to eat/drink, but kind of needed a simple bar for beers. Not that it is critical, but …

The apartment was very nice and clean, I actually did not think it would be this big! The balcony was relaxing and the view was nice. The kitchen was good, and had enough equipment to prepare a quick meal. I love the fact that there are few restaurants in the hotel.

I didn't like the fact that there was no tube in the bathroom, and there is a cigar bar right by the rooms which makes the whole place smells bad. I also wish that the hotel has an indoor pool.

Location, view, cleanness, size, apartment facilities and of course the wonderful staff.

The apartment temperature (Master Room) is very cold particularly at night knowing that there is a window leaking cold air in the winter season which was not fixed unfortunately despite my request. Also, one of the bathrooms emit a bad smell which also was not fixed and we could not use it unfortunately.

- The location, although it is in the middle if the Pearl but isolated like an island - the cleanness - the various swimming pools - the variety and quality of restaurants - ww ate at Manos and at was excellent experience - the best thing was the kindness of all staff at: concierge, reception, lobby, NAR restaurant, Lounge. So the staff were friendly and professional

Great Hotel with super staff, they will make you feel at home. The hotell has no beach as it is located at the Pearl, but as a guest at St Regis Maria Arabia you will have free access to the pool and beach at the other St Regis. The rooms are like suits and most of them will have their privat balcony.

The breakfast was great and the view was fabulous. Also the wheelchair assistance was always available in addition to the staff communication made it an ease comfortable stay. Also, I asked for a room that is easy to move with wheelchair and the location was perfect.

The music from the pool party in the weekend, it disturbed us while praying. (Our room was in the 3rd floor)

The iron provided to us was very dirty from bottom , it keeps stains on my clothes , the microwave was mentioned there but it was not provided in the kitchen, reception staff keep some extra money as a deposit from my credit card and they told us it will be returned to us during check out & it’s almost 2nd day and until now this amount not refunded to my credit card.
