The Somerset west bay has a great location near by city center and the beach and close by many attraction places in Qatar. Family wise and has great and decent facilities. The room was specious and clean and the kitchen equipped with full set. I love the idea of having a supermarket within the property and can be ordered via phone. I am sure anyone with family will appreciate all these services. My kids love the swimming pool and kids playroom.

I just have 2 comment. During our stay we felt that AC need to be maintained as there was minor noise. Second the bat-tub needs a partition to maintain waist water

Located right in the center of West Bay, close to a shopping mall and restaurants. Spacious and comfortable apartment, serviced daily.

A bit pricey. Lack of amenities such as hair and clothes dryer, given that a washing machine is provided. However the same were immediately provided upon request. Staff tends to be “over serviceable”. I would suggest to be careful not to invade guests’ privacy. For example, upon arrival a staff opened my car trunk to retrieve my baggage without obtaining my permission first. Seems a bit invasive. Parking is not great since it is outdoors and a place is not guaranteed. We arrived at night and it was full, so we had to be accommodated somewhere else.

Lobby is ok. Nice pool table to pass time. Pool is nice retreat on hot days and a women's hour is perfect for Muslim ladies albeit with a male lifeguard. Nice little gym. Room was super spacious and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped although we had to request more cutlery which was promptly delivered. Housekeeping washed up which was very appreciated. Lovely air con. Small shop downstairs next to hotel is well equipped. And the nearby mosque is beautiful and convenient to pray in. Internet was fast and reliable.

Thankfully not many things not to like!

The Somerset West Bay Doha is a luxury serviced apartment located in a prime location in the West Bay business district of Doha. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, spacious and well-maintained apartments with fully equipped amenities, and the range of facilities offered, such as a fitness center and swimming pool. It is a highly recommended property for both business and leisure travelers seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay in Doha.

Relatively minor note: there was some noise, particularly from the construction in the surrounding area. This is a common issue in many parts of Doha due to the ongoing development in the city.

Well prepared apartment, with full kitchen tools, spacious and comfortable with excellent see view from all bedrooms and living room as well, car parking with sun shelters, the location was perfect, there is a mini market next to the main entrance, gas station is 500 m from the hotel. Definitely I’ll book here in my next visit to Doha.

The staff was amazing! There wasn’t a question I had that wasn’t answered with care and compassion. They were very accommodating to us. The location is perfect! Close to everything and the taxi fair was not expensive at all.

Everything was great😊 There is also mini mart outside the building There is small cafe inside the building The room is big If you book the two bedroom apartment, its good for about 6 people, espically for 2adults and 4 children The sofa become a double bed which is sutable for two children Nice place to stay

The property, is one of the best hotels that i have been into. The location is amazing. Friendly staff who can’t be described in some words, they are cheerful, welcoming and smiling and willing to help once they see you passing by. Really thank you so much.

Cleanse & quietness.

Staff were super friendly and helped guide us to something to do. Also they helped setup the sofa-bed in the room for the young children. Location is set where there are lots of hotels.

Honestly, there's nothing not to like. We only stayed a single night and had an apartment for the whole family. It was great.

We booked 2 bedroom apartment, the room was really nice. living room and kitchen. apart from they are very strict when it comes to visitors. where they dont allow more than 5 visitors in the room. the rest are ok.
