I enjoyed my stay at The Chedi very much, I went with my family, and we had a great time. The service was amazing, everyone was welcoming, and kind, and always ready to help, with our needs.

I feel like the hotel could lower their prices when it comes to ordering room service. Small portions food, for an expensive price. Even when I', ordering from the kids section, you would expect it costs less, it's the same price as the main dish. The hotel could work on that.

Spent our honeymoon here for 11 nights in September 2024. Hotel and location was absolutely perfect. From the front of house, to the valet staff, to the kitchen staff and the life guard, everyone was absolutely amazing, friendly and couldn't do more to make our stay more memorable, and enjoyable. A special shoutout to Bekjon, King, Zakir and Aliza who always greeted us with a friendly smile, and made our stay even more pleasurable. The hotel went far above our expectations, and even decorated our room, and provided us with a little honeymoon cake! Would recommend to everyone, including families. Absolutely perfect stay, and would rate higher than 5* if I could.

The hotel and room were amazing, the staff were great and professional. the pool and beach were great as well.

the food was not great, neither the room service or the restaurant. needs improvement. also, the location is central but when Katara gets busy at night it took me 30 minutes to get to the hotel inside Katara. the hotel required a separate independent entrance somehow so the traffic in Katara doesn’t affect the hotel. there is already an independent exit from katara but entering is still an issue.

The hotel is located in a great location in Katara Village. Beautiful hotel. Very serene. The food was amazing and is a must try even if you don’t stay at the hotel. Enjoyed a hamam treatment in the spa. There were several events occurring at the hotel - enjoyed yoga on the beach, bbq night and brunch. The staff at the hotel were very hospitable. A special appreciation to Aya for our fitness workouts, Azmat and Teji for driving us around, Chef Adnan, Younes, Lauren and all the staff during breakfast (Hanas for bringing us karak chai - please add to your menu :)). We thoroughly enjoyed our time with you all. We extended our stay to and look forward to returning.

Everything! The two-bedroom villa/chalet has 2 bathrooms, one toilet, equipped kitchenette, large living room with a dining table, outdoor seating area, and 2 parking spots. The private pool overviews the canal. The view is breathtaking, especially at night! The temperature of the pool was excellent, and you can ask them to change the temperature. The breakfast is also so delicious. Staff are cooperative and welcoming. You cannot go wrong with this luxurious hotel and resort!

Everything. The staff went out of their way at check in to accommodate our early arrival. The room was beautiful, spotless and the service throughout was 10/10. The food, particularly the BBQ night and the breakfast was outstanding. The gym was superb and the Manager there was so lovely, taking the time to talk us through everything.

The only disappointment was the evening service on our last night. Drinks took 25 minutes to arrive and we had to ask for them twice. The food also took a while to arrive, but was good when it came. We also found the man in charge of the outside restaurant on our last night to be a bit on the rude side. Everyone else was wonderful and couldn't be more helpful. The attendant at the jet-ski service was very unhelpful and clearly couldn't be bothered with us.

I loved every detail about this place especially the ambiance and curtain details on the Aisle that was heavenly. From the front office this nice lady her name was Christine very warm and friendly with a heart warming smile. She extended to give us more details about the hotel. Absolutely a place i would book again it's worth it.

I feel like the Breakfast options could be improved. Also observed that the person handling the bakery was not using gloves or a serving spoon to even arrange the bread. that was not hygienic.

The hotel exceeded our expectation. The staff was incredibly welcoming and supportive, the facilities adequates and the room simply gorgeous (we got a free upgrade as the one we were assigned had just been re-painted). Absolutely perfect staying in Doha.

Nothing in particular... some architectural elements were not exactly perfect (for instance, the main window in the room didn't close hermetically) - but we're just talking about minor details! Overall, nothing worth mentioning
