Room was perfect Staff was very friendly Breakfast was delicious Facility was comfy Management of the hotel take into consideration to celebrate with us Kuwait national day by sending 3 box's of different kind of sweets .

The location and surroundings are nice

Some stuffs are not in good condition i.e. the sitting room TV not working properly, the bedroom sink drain not moving!!

Specious room, with utility room, 1 WC and 1 bathroom. Kitchen was fully equipped. Nice living area with sofa bed and dining table. Big balcony with table and chairs. Hasan (pool side bar) was amazing he went above and beyond, he was polite and respectful to me and my family. Staff at the restaurant and lifeguard were friendly too.

Small lobby, not much eye contact with lobby staff as we walked in or maybe a smile but no hello! Room AC was over heating the room, reception sent maintenance staff 3 times and still wasn’t resolved but we was not offered a room change.

My recent stay at Hilton Doha the Pearl was truly exceptional. Arriving on December 16th, I was immediately impressed by the reception team, Sozaddha and Salah, whose helpful and amiable demeanor set a positive tone for my stay. The rates for upgrading exceeded my expectations, providing added value to my experience. Hosssin’s attentive service in handling our luggage and ensuring our continual comfort demonstrated a commitment to guest satisfaction. The Kitchen restaurant, included in my booking, offered outstanding breakfast and dinner experiences. The staff, including the memorable Marvic, Rose, and others, were not only welcoming but showcased a high level of training, treating us with genuine respect and hospitality. The culinary experience went beyond expectations, with a diverse array of delicious and tempting dishes that left us spoiled for choice. The sheer variety and quality of the food at the Kitchen made leaving the hotel with my family a bittersweet moment. I must commend the outstanding efforts of Sunday, Richard, Skalid, and the entire staff who contributed to making our trip truly worthwhile. Their dedication added a personal touch to the overall stay, and their commitment to ensuring a memorable experience did not go unnoticed. Hilton Doha the Pearl has undoubtedly set a high standard for hospitality, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Another superb experience with Hilton Doha The Pearl! We are second time this year with our family in this hotel. We absolutely love it. Breakfast is excellent with variety selection. We have enjoyed talking to Lisa and Vina, they will make your breakfast one of a kind! Great fun in the swimming pool and many thanks to Omari and Hashan for playing soccer and company. Location of the hotel is excellent, short distance to Lusail, Katara and walking distance to Porto Arabia. Spacious rooms with beautiful view from the 29th floor. We got also a free upgrade. Thank you for your hospitality, we feel here like home!

Exceptional hotel with amazing staff. Very helpful especially the concierge and front desk. I have forgotten the names but the male and females from front desk and reservations were truly amazing. Very professional and helpful. We felt like at home or even better. :) thank you so much for the lovely facilities, lovely views, lovely breakfast and food. The hotel and the Pearl is beautiful. Definitely will be coming back to Qatar. Thank you to all staff for there hospitality and excellent customer service. The stay was brilliant from start to finish.

Modern Hilton, clean, staff very helpful, each room is a suite with sofa, dinning area, small kitchen and a nice balcony with table and chairs. Good location to walk around the mariner area of the Pearl with lots of shops and restaurants. Very short taxi ride to get the Qatar Metro which is cheap and easy to use. Breakfast excellent with large a la carte menu.

The beach was closed and was only informed the day before checkin, it did reopen the day before checkout after maintenance and is extremely nice however it is in the shade most of the day. The pool is very nice however the sun beds could do with being placed as there quite old and have no cushion.

Great location, super clean and nice staff. A bit overpriced, just a bit. Otherwise, excellent experience.

Price and lack of greenery backyard.

The pool outside on level 5 was great with great seating all around. We ate at the restaurant called The Kitchen which did great breakfast. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Didn’t have toaster, however after asking they did bring one straight away. Location on the Pearl was great, a very short under 10 minutes walk to the Qanat Quartier Canal (small Venice) which had great views for a leisurely stroll and some shops too. Small private beach just 1 minute walk from hotel.

I found the balcony a little dusty/sandy. Could be due to construction that was not to far away.

The staff were all so kind, helpful, ready to arrange whatever we needed - Rose was our server at breakfast for most of our 6-night stays, and their service is unpaired. They arranged a breakfast alteration for each dietary restriction my husband or I requested. Ramzee is an incredible manager and he makes each guest feel welcome and settled. The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, and the balcony views are incredible (at least ours was from the 11th floor). We will be back and gladly recommend this location to all - Pearl is a beautiful part of Doha to be in. 😍
