They gave me 3 bed room Apartments instead of 1 bed room.

I came to the Hotel and I show my reservation, They checked there system and told me no reservation to you. I showed them the booking confirmation and the E mail message I received from them but They said we did not send this its Booking who send. I showed them the disclaimer of Booking that any message from Hotel They just forward it. And They donot send in behalf of the Hotel. After sever negotiations I informed that I will contact the local authourity showing the E mail received from Hotel. After 2 hours They gave my a flat of 3 bedroom for the same rate of 1 room. While my reservation is only one room. I blame and quite not happy because I was contacting Booking customer assistance a bout the problem but no response what so ever. So I solved the issue my self.

The place was very good spacious and the city view is very beautiful perfect place for my daughter second birthday, the service was amazing specially Mr. Faris the one who assisted us bring the things and stuff to our room a very kind man, and also the reception Mr. David thank you sir for your service and kindness to us we’re so thankful for the wonderful celebration of my daughters birthday we have so much fun… recommended place for parties and events looking forward to coming back soon

We like more the room at it suits with our demands. Plus the half day rate price for another 1 day additional stay. Hope I can avail to have discount on the next stay. Thank you

The sound proof of the room needs to at least do someting as we can here loud noises from inside/outside. The smell of the rooms needs a little bit fragrance. And additional utensils like cooking and dining utensils would be better.

Spacious

the room is neat and clean, breakfast is okey and I like it, and for the pool is I really like it because there is for children swimming pool and for us being adult, we're slight party inside with a family and nearly relative. It's really nice place. and every one of my family members was celebrating our birthday in this Hotel.

sometimes the floor is sticky, but we could manage. we are bringing sometimes for cleaning materials.

Facilities and service were value for money, and the Apartment met the requirments. I would stay here again in the future, as the location is good.

Had to keep asking for more water, which was issued when requested. Need more Utencils in the kitchen as these were limited. The time waiting for the lifts is somtimes an issue due to the Hotel having a number of visitors to the facilities provided.

The staff and the location were great . the apartment was spacious and the sea view is stunning

the bathrooms were not as expected, the shower was leaking and definitely not very clean . the kitchen had no spoons or kettle and the dishwasher was not working.

The Hotel Staff Service are very good,they warm and hospitable especially the receptionist Ms.Jackie and the bellboy Mr.David. The location is very good for gathering, they are not strict.

Needs improvement for the cleanliness as our bath towels looks used, has some stains and not as white as the towel should be.

Nothing to say aside from it was good.

One receptionist female she was very slow when we checked in. When i approached her she let me sit and wait, because have many customers and i waited but i noticed to the other receptionist the man was fast accommodating so I approached to the receptionist man and very accommodating and fast.
