the service provided in this hotel are above expectations. the staff overwhelmed us with their kindness and willingness to support and make our experience perfect one. we had a call from a girl called Helen she asked about our stay and experience then when she figured that we had a little kid she sent us a coloring book and balloons with chocolate and she left us a very nice note that’s really cheers us and made our day . the concierge service was outstanding we were served by Charles who has extended great support. further for in the reception the receptionist Aman Allah has arranged for a baby crib immediately as he so the kid. we really enjoyed our stay and we had extended the stay for more than 3 days accordingly.

The decor is beautiful and unique, the location is excellent with many facilities and a supermarket nearby, the room was spacious and comfortable, the WiFi is excellent all over the hotel, there are many electricity sockets around the room with some right next to the beds, the food was delicious (the burger restaurant), and everything is clean. Special thanks to two staff: Ghada from the reception who guided us and provided suggestions for us as tourists, and thanks to Giri from housekeeping who noticed that I was reading a book and took the initiative to make my reading experience better.

Just being picky here, the window needs to be cleaned, the bathroom's door would be great if it can be completely closed, and the shower head on the roof may need to be cleared as a few holes seemed to be blocked.

Loved the exterior and interior design of the hotel. Very impressive. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and was offered a special rate at check in. Friendly service throughout. Comfortable bed in a spacious room. Nice touch leaving plate of local sweets. Indoor pool is a photogenic spot. There’s a spa although prices were quite expensive.

Room 1611 has a major problem with the shower that the hotel were made aware of but said they are unable to fix. The system makes a loud noise when water comes out. Piping shudders. Sounds like a lion dance drum. Room has limited view due to the design of the exterior. Photography using professional camera was restricted. The location is about 10 min stroll to the metro. 20-25 min by car to main attractions like the Souq and museums.

This is our second time staying in this hotel. The first time we stayed for a weekend, and this time we ended up extending 3 times and stayed for a whole two weeks which was an incredible and very memorable experience. From the second we checked in we were welcomed back with a big smile by the Director of Front Office, Laura. The check in process was very fast and hassle free. Our experience with the hotel staff was 5 star from start to finish whether it was Guest Services, Room Services or House Keeping. During our stay we got to interact with most of the team and it was a lovely experience that will definitely make us come back many times. A big thank you to the Guest Services team who treated us with so much kindness and made sure we were always happy - That includes Helen, Govind, Meia and Yasmine. They were always super friendly and extremely helpful with anything we needed. In addition a BIG BIG SPECIAL THANK YOU to the Guest Services Supervisor Mary who made us feel very special and went above and beyond in meeting all our needs, checking up on us daily to see if we needed anything. The professionalism we experienced from the Guest Services team as a whole was the highlight of our stay and the main reason we will be returning. The room services team was super helpful and swift anytime we needed anything - we dealt with Putra the most who was great. A big thank you to Adnyana, Josaphine, Khalid, Albert, Natasha, Angi & Mousumi. House keeping always made sure our room preference requests were met everyday and did there job with a smile. Thank you to Capri, Annie, Iqbal and Angi who never forgot our main request (loosely tucked blanket on the foot of the bed) What we found very impressive was the fact that house keeping does a second round after 5pm to refresh the room if the guest wishes. Apologies for forgetting any names. All in all Mondrian is my favorite hotel in Qatar and the only one I will be staying in.

We didn't like that we eventually had to leave after extending so many times cause we were loving our stay.

The hotel was absolutely stunning, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, we were in a fairly good location near the Cultural village and Pearl and right next door to a shopping complex. The room was huge and well appointed with lots of space.

We struggled with the smoking indoors, everyone (it seems) smokes in Doha and they were not strict on separating the smoking from non-smoking areas. It was difficult in the Hudson Bar because it was a small confined area that served food and sometimes the smoke was overwhelming.

This is my fifth stay in Monderian, and third time of the suite. The hotel is clean, comfortable, well-furnished. The interior decoration of the loft suite is amazing. The staff are really friendly and cooperative. I had a special event with my family, and the staff were so responsive and collaborative. The event went very well thanks to the staff support. We all enjoyed the day. Special thank to the hotel staff (Ricardo) who was really friendly, supportive, responsive, and so cheerful. I found the breakfast this time great with good quality.

I tried to call the hotel several times in different timings in 4 telephone numbers to enquire about some of my booking requirements. Unfortunately, my calls were intentionally ignored, as some staff tried to evade addressing my enquiries. When I called the hotel from using my other mobile number (not registered in their logs), they immediately responded. I totally did not this non-professional attitude from some of the staff.

The Mondrian Hotel, Doha, just remember this name for the best hotel in Qatar! It was an exceptional stay, a true 5-star experience. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Specially the Duty Manager, Mr. Tomer, who went above and beyond. Located in the West Bay area, it’s within easy access to Katara Cultural Village, the Pearl, Lusail City, Souq Waqif, and Villaggio Mall. Great for family or group of friends. Stunning design, world-class restaurants, finest quality in all facilities. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. By far, one of the best experiences we've ever had. Will be back to this place soon…!!!

Everything about the hotel is excellent, which is why I returned to it. I can highly recommend the hotel. The staff is friendly, the cleanliness of the room is 10 points, the comfort of the furniture and the convenience of the arrangement of everything in the room - gorgeous, the view from the room - mesmerizing.

Reduced the rating by 1 point, because the night before the flight put the phone on the charger and set the alarm clock for 6 am. I wake up and the phone is 4% charged, which means the charging stopped working at some point during the night. I was lucky to have that percentage left, I would have missed my flight.

The view from the 17th floor, service of Ms. Oriana at the restaurant and the food, staff at the Spa, room service which was very prompt… The room design is pure and beautiful, gym is excellent and the Spa marvelous.

As a part of check-in procedure we were asked for the deposit for the minibar. Well, this is 5star hotel, having all information about us including credit card - and the receptionist tried to explain this that this is normal…We have been in Doha in some other hotels of same categories, and this never happened. As this is almost at the beginning of our hotel experience, it leaves not great impression… Fortunately other staff - restaurant service, Spa - they fixed the impression.

This was my second stay in Mondrian. As always, everything was perfect, from smooth check-in to check-out. Thanks to the receptionist guy who gave me the highest floor room with a good view. The SPA facilities were so good, and especially the staff there were just amazing. Pool also loved it, and the staff there was so helpful and kind. Unfortunately, I don't know his name; otherwise, I would love to mention it. I loved room service as they brought my breakfast so fast and it was full of options. Overall, I was satisfied with every single detail of my stay.

The windows in the room should be cleaned as it is difficult to enjoy the view.
