A fantastic stay for a 7-day trip with my family (wife and four children, youngest is aged 2). We chose the hotel primarily due to the location but the real highlight of our stay was the wonderful customer service we received at breakfast. A special mention must go to Rami - he is absolutely fantastic at his job and showed very high standards of professionalism, kindness and communication. We had the pleasure of interacting with him and he consistently went above and beyond with his customer service skills and we miss him! I would also like to extend a special thanks Iman, Rose, Karla, Albin and Abdullah - who were all lovely at breakfast too. The hotel is well kept, rooms are satisfactory, gym was handy and it was very clean. We shall stay again.

I loved the architecture, a breath of fresh air from the usual monotone modern buildings of today. The rooms echoes that vibes but were lavishly designed in terms of furnishings and fixtures. The staff were incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. You could tell that they took pride in their work. Another thing great about this stay was how peaceful the surroundings were. Eventhough there were hundreds of kids staying in that same weekend as us, never once did we felt the hotel was chaotic or loud. My children loved the outdoor landscaping and the outdoor pool so much! They had a playground in it even. And alhough it was peak temperatures, it felt perfect for swimming thanks to the shelters.

The indoor pool does now allow children at all. The Victoria Cafe on ground floor is actually a cigar room so families aren't recommended to enter.

The staff at the reciption are very helpful and kind thier amazing all of them. I loved the peace and quiet the mood at the hotel is nice and the swimming pool for kids is lovely.

Unfortunately my 2 kids drowned at the deep side of the swimming pool and the life guard was just watching them and laughing at the situation he didn’t do anything nor his job he didn’t jump in to help them even though I was telling him to save them he wasn’t at all very helpful.anyone who is visiting should keep a close eye on their children don’t count on the lifeguard or people to help.

I had a great experience at this place! The swimming pool area is fantastic, and all the facilities are top-notch. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

My experience was good overall, but I noticed that the kids' playing area wasn't well-maintained. There was garbage inside the indoor playing area, which was a bit disappointing. It would be great if they could improve the cleanliness in that area.

I really love the picturesque view of the hotel that gives you a different vibe like you were in a castle in Europe. The staffs from the security, reception, bellhop, and waiters are very friendly. What made our stay very memorable is the spa area where we enjoyed the sauna, steam bath, jaccuzi, and the indoor pool for free! We had an international breakfast at the GlassHouse and the food was great. We were welcomed with a basket of varieties of bread and seasonal fruits in a platter. We had a superb experience and we all felt pampered and relaxed. We will come back here next month for another pampering moment!

There is only one thing that I didnt like in the spa. There should be more anti-slip rags around the jaccuzi area to prevent someone from slipping.

- it would have benn nice if you offer to provide the portable heater before my arrival. My parents were about to ask me to change the hotel because they could not stand the coldness. You the management team should have thought about it as it is already winter! Change the windows glass to be 100% visible

It’s very clean , Pool is so Göod specially for kids can enjoy very well , Breakfast was very good, we like Glasshouse Restaurant concept, Room is comfortable, Staffs are helpful overall it’s value for money , Quite different than other Hotels in Qatar but it’s great and good change , hopefully winter time can enjoy more among Green Trees

Due to pandemic, as a fronliner whose annual leave has always been cancelled including plans for my daughter's 7th bday party in our home country, we decided to just celebrate it on a weekend staycation , browsing in booking. com, we saw this hotel and just discovered a hidden gem! its a victorian inspired, quiet and relaxing, absolutely everything feels like magic! the outdoor pool is just perfect and my kids enjoyed it as well as the outdoor play area, room and whole hotel is clean, water's temperature in their outdoor and indoor pools are warm & well regulated. I can say that one of the assets that made this hotel stand out are their staffs, Dildora in the front desk is accommodating & cheerful, she agreed on our request when we visit if we can check the rooms and pools first, Romeo is the one who assist and entertained us, such a polite and warm person, we are really impressed! We booked the Junior suite room without hesitation. my colleagues saw the photos in my social media and they kept asking where is it, they were impressed & surprised as the same time when i mentioned that it is just near villagio & aspire park. Definitely we'll recommend this hotel and 100% surely to come back again 😍
